This datasheet couldn't be more accurate, the girls here are top tier and dress well but not knowing french won't really get you anywhere to be honest. If you are jacked, have good game and french knowledge you can do well here for sure. The city itself is pleasant but can have a grimey feel in certain areas. You see many students roaming the streets everywhere.

Yep I totally wasted my time trying to game in France without knowing a word of French. I figured I could ride on being Black, American and from NYC enough to get by.

Even though Toulouse is not the blackest city in France there are too many black guys for you to be a novelty. And being American is not a cunt opener in the First World in the same way it is in the Third World.
