I've had this before too. I pulled out and came on the girls stomach, only to notice blood in my semen. I just assumed she was getting her period. It hasn't happened again since.

I had some instances of this years ago. Was tested for STDs and was clean. The doc told me it is not normally a symptom of any disease. I was doing a lot of wilderness backpacking at the time and suspect I broke a capillary somewhere from the jostling; that's probably what happened in your case too. Hasn't recurred.

Ya seems to be from some contact/injury. I have had some tests done so won't know for sure till I get the results.
