Sounds interesting... I'm not sure how rough sex would translate to blood in your jizz.... unless maybe your balls were violently smacking against that guys ass real hard when you were having the rough sex...

I've had this before too. I pulled out and came on the girls stomach, only to notice blood in my semen. I just assumed she was getting her period. It hasn't happened again since.

I had some instances of this years ago. Was tested for STDs and was clean. The doc told me it is not normally a symptom of any disease. I was doing a lot of wilderness backpacking at the time and suspect I broke a capillary somewhere from the jostling; that's probably what happened in your case too. Hasn't recurred.
