According to FEMEN international, funding stopped because they planned on an Israel branch.

This is probably ineffectual in stopping wild speculation but I think Soros is just a hypocrite. All lefties imagine themselves and theirs exempt from their own policies.
I imagine Israeli Jews would hate FEMEN in general (but probably not care unless it's near them but that's normal).

I could understand if he was funding FEMEN just because he was deluded and didn't know what an evil and disgusting propaganda organization they are, but from this case it's obvious that he very well knows, and is unwilling to impose the same "medicine" on his people.

Pretty stupid point, considering the fact that every Israeli citizen has a mandatory military service requirement (both women and men have to go, but it's usually only half the population iirc). Yes, men have a longer requirement, but really?

I guess he means actual soldiers as in "more than mandatory reserve training", and most of all special forces. I am not familiar with women serving in these roles in Israel like they do in USA, but of course I might be wrong.

Israel is affected by feminism and the current predatory economic system of usury just as well as other countries. In fact they even have a quite strong interest free money movement in the Israeli knesset going on - one of the few countries on earth I might add.

Somehow I doubt that Soros cut the funding because FEMEN wanted to move to Israel too. And even if he did - globalists fund mayhem and destruction all around if it fits their purpose - maybe he did not like the publicity.

He certainly did not mind the bad publicity when funding Ferguson protesters.

Thinking that the Jewish people are behind the current plutocratic highly destructive world system is an utter misunderstanding of what is going on around the world. Yes - Israel is doing fine as a power and there are many people in high positions, but they are not alone running that kind of game.

And by the way - many people in Israel criticize women in combat troops there as those units have x-times the number of casualties whenever they come into combat situations. Feminism affects them just as much as the rest of the world - they are no exception there.

Also it shows that they very much attempted to achieve feminist goals in the Kibbutzim there, but failed miserably as men and women preferred their traditional roles despite the desired feminist utopia that they wanted to erect there.

I wouldn't go so far as to say 'Pro-Feminist' but I'd say they are pretty open to the idea. However, it would be/is to a lesser extent than in most Western countries.

Also, I don't think FEMEN protests would go over well. Despite many Israeli's being secular, there are many ultra-Orthodox Jews who would probably throw rocks at any chick walking around with their shirts off, let alone a revealing top. Also, Israel is home to over a million Arabs who would also not take kindly to FEMEN.

If FEMEN really wanted to make a difference, they should go to Saudi Arabia. I'm sure they would be more than welcome there...

FEMEN Israel is not doing as well as the really hot models they got doing FEMEN "protests" in the former Soviet Union. I wouldn't call girls dressing like this in public a protest; more like a proposal.
