The ex probably talked shit about you, made you come off psycho or desperate to pseudo-boost her own value Take everyone's advice and forget about the chick. More fish in the sea brother.

Yep, this certainly becomes a problem when your social circles intertwine. Even though I've made tremendous leaps in life/game in the last few months, the way my ex totally went into destroy mode after the break up leaves me deeply questioning where I want females to be in my future.

Exes and Social Media

It's amazing how a woman will have her FB or Instagram full of pictures of the two of you together in romantic poses, etc., and then the day she dumps you scrubs all photographic evidence of the two of you together, only to upload a bunch of new pictures of her in romantic poses with a new guy.

It hurts at first, but after the pain wears off it's kind of funny how cold and fake they can be. It's extremely disrespectful how a girl can behave like that after a break up, I think a woman should be embarrassed to behave like this for everyone to see, but this has become so socially acceptable that it's become the status quo.

Thanks for the responses. It wasn't really about ever wanting her back or still holding on, it was her actions that just had me like wtf thats weird. If anything, this thread has helped me go from bothered, to laughing, to honestly not giving a sh*t.

Prior to this a few friends mentioned that she is definitely posting things either directed at you, or to provoke a reaction out of you, but very cryptic. They think she's an immature nut job. Im just going to delete her, I won't do it now though, and give her the satisfaction that I did notice her.

Her friends actions bother me because I am friends with her boyfriend, and my ex seemed to drag them in. I know its dumb girls playing games on social media, but its still is bizarre.

I'm going through a similar deal.

Personally I'm not mature enough to handle exes - instead of a fiery breakup and closure, it's best for me to ignore them.

It will suck to see her with another dude or know she's on the cock carousel but hey - it's not like we can stop them right? (And I'm not going to wife her to keep her off of someone's dick)
