How long did it take you to get a "good" body?

You guys that aren't gaining musculature need to get a hormone test. Low T is pretty damned endemic these days - even guys in the 20's. Do it. You can thank me later.

I'd say that I have now more or lest lost my belly. Most of the belly I have now is due to posture issues. I have a little bit of fat layer to go, so maybe another month or two of caloric deficit. Amazing thing is that I have not lost weight. I fluctuate at 153-156 basically, which I am very happy about. I think I look better than I ever have, so it is never too late to start proper diet and exercise. Vast majority of my pants are very loose.

Great work, keep it up.

As one of your e-trainers, I want to give you a gentle reminder and also make this announcement for the other guys to see:

The last 10% is the hardest.

Prepare yourself to fight even harder. (Against belly fat)

Then, once that last 10 % is removed.. A new challenge begins...

Keeping It Off!!

What you are doing is not easy. It will get easier as you improve your diet and exercise but age will make it gradually harder.

Seize any advantage that you can. This is a game of millimeters and inches. Everything counts, especially in the last 10%.

Stay at war against excess and unnecessary belly/body fat. They are always at war against you.

Clean, unprocessed, real food is the greatest weapon.

I definitely gained some muscle but it's covered by a nasty layer of fat. And I believe the hormonal balance gets worse the more fat you gain so I had to put a stop to that. Hopefully things will improve at a lower bodyfat percentage but you're right, I should get tested. I basically went from skinny-fat to sort of strong-fat.

If only you knew how bad things really are.
