Patrick Batemans Mission-Ultimate red pill
How is this red pill?
I always thought this was part of Bateman putting on his face/mask to appear normal while out in public. These aren't actually his 'core values'
Why do the heathen rage and the people imagine a vain thing? Psalm 2:1 KJV
And if these were his core values, so many of those things reek of blue pill SWPL humanitarianism which is really just a form of pandering for status: "I am holier than thou."
I must be missing something. If this is considered red pill, I must be taking crazy pills.
I think OP means putting on a blue pill mask. Everyone there does not give a rat's ass about those things. It's the irony that's red pill in terms of SJWs as they don't truly care but put on that same mask for validation.

They are both mocking the hipsters in the clip.
Yes. He is being sarcastic. He is the doing and acting the opposite of everything he talks about. He is just winding those hipsters up.
Batemans form of birth control is dropping a chainsaw on a woman's head. He is a fictional character.
You can write a character to be anything you want, doesn't mean its real nor what you are yourself.

Like "alpha," the word "red pill" just means "something I admire and/or like" for a sizable portion of its users.
I get it. The clip is making fun of the way yuppie liberals try to outdo each other for social status with each one trying to score more points for their knowledge and concern for social injustices. It's similar to the business card scene where they compete subtly over who has the most appealing business card. Though the competition is much more intense with Bateman's character's mind than the others because well, he's "psycho" about it. I'm not sure if it is red pill or not, but that is how I interpret the scene.
When I saw this thread title, I expected to see this clip:
Fitting in is Patrick Bateman's mission.
To elaborate, there are many scenes that confirm this, in my view. The one that sticks out to me is when he calls Dorsia for a reservation and all he hears on the other line of the phone is laughter.
And of course, the business card scene:

With respect OP, you misunderstand the character of Patrick Bateman.
Bateman does not believe what he says in that monologue, it is just part of his attempts to fit in. The character is a psychopath/sociopath and has no qualms saying things he doesn't believe in order to fit in or advance himself.
