Simply put, when the alleged victim is also a Defendant as a result of the same incident, the general practice is for all parties to invoke their 5th amendment privilege against self-incrimination and refuse to testify. This usually, but not always, leads to everyone being acquitted. The prosecution can also, knowing that everyone intends to invoke the 5th, simply drop all charges. I've seen both happen. Even if the video were to be admitted into evidence, as far as I've seen, they can't prove a harmful or offensive contact without the testimony of the alleged victim. I have this exact same issue coming up.

4.) Anti Feminine Behavior or Masculine traits- This video tells the story. So many black women have non-feminine characteristics its almost questionable if they can be considered women.
