Lima is the capital of Peru with a population of about 9 million. It is the major business center of Peru and it is growing rapidly as people from the rest of Peru are moving to Lima for economic opportunity, so you can meet girls from all over the country without leaving Lima.

There are as many police as people here, so you can walk around safely pretty much any hour of the day. For day game you can concentrate on Av. Diagonal from the beach up Av. Arequipa through San Isidro and Lince and on to the Parque de la Reserva in Lima. This is the main street from Miraflores to downtown Lima, with many restaurants, shops, and English instruction schools full of young women wanting to practice English with a native speaker.

There are nice hotels in Miraflores, but if you are planning on having women visit a much better plan is to rent a short term apartment. There is a lot of prostitution in Lima so many hotels will not allow women to visit your room, or if they do they charge as much as a $20 fee for visitors. Also, a lot of women will not go to your hotel room because they are concerned about their reputation and don't want to be thought of as a prostitute. You can find a wide selection of short term apartment rentals on Craigslist or by doing a search on Google.

The most popular dish is cebiche, a raw fish dish (plus octopus in the mixto version) "cooked" in lime juice with onions, corn, pepper, and topped with yuyo seaweed. It might not sound good, but it is incredible and when in Lima I visit as many cebicherias as I can to enjoy the variations. It is fresh caught in the morning and best eaten before 1pm, and never eat it in the afternoon. There are also great restaurants all over Miraflores for regional cuisine, from the gourmet Astrid y Gaston to local hole in the wall restaurants. The best way to find them is to ask locals for recommendations or look for busy restaurants as you walk around the city. Believe it or not, for the girls who don't have a lot of money a meal at KFC or McDonalds can be a big deal. Best to ask where she wants to go, you might be surprised.
Cell Phones
If you are going to be in town to meet girls you will need a cell phone. You can get a cheap Claro phone for under $30 or bring an unlocked GSM phone and buy a chip for about $6. Every girl here has a phone but they never have credit, so it is normal for a girl to call you and then hang up before you answer. She is expecting you to call back and pay for the call. There is a really upscale disco in Larco Mar at the end of Larco by the ocean where rich girls from Lima and not-so-rich girls hoping to meet rich foreigners go, so if you are looking for white looking Peruanas who speak some English that should be a great spot to find them. Also there are a lot of private clubs run out of old mansions and in warehouses in Miraflores and Barranco. I went to a couple of parties at these places but I was brought by friends and don't have any idea how to get in to them.
And also there is Barranco, about 15 minutes from Miraflores in a taxi, with a really good nightclub district all in one street. Barranco is popular with younger people and backpackers and such so you should have no trouble finding hot younger women. Beer is pretty cheap and the girls love to drink so it is a great party spot for sure. A couple of blocks away past the center of Barranco there is a mansion with high stone walls and on weekend nights there are big parties on the lawn with DJs and videos projected on the building. The people tend to hang out in big groups of friends but it is easy to mingle. I can't remember the address but you can ask around in Barranco and somebody should know how to get there.
