You know, if you go to Medellin and dont speak spanish you kinda end up with the kinda girl who hunts for foreigners who dont speak spanish. There are normal good girls there, generally not in the clubs of Medellin though.

My thoughts as well.

Knowing fluent spanish is so key because you open yourself up to the majority of the girls. Being able to connect to them strictly on gringo level leaves you with limited options.

You can still find dateable girls there, absolutely.

Although there is no escaping from hypergamy. Girls still play their options.
