I'm already gone anyway but if she does win it's gonna be a goddamn nightmare for most men. Hell she'll probably have the women on The View as her trusted advisors!

It will be more of the same crap we have had the last 6, or really 8 years. More govt., less opportunities, shrinking middle class, rape hysteria, evil men oppressors, the dollar being worth less and less.

But the longer we follow this path, the tougher and longer it will be to ever recover to a decent life again.

Mitt Romney was good. Obviously the GOP cannot put a true red pill male up there, but Romney was a good enough choice. His economic experience and willingness to actually work with both sides made him a decent candidate.

I think Rand will be even better, if he can get it. If Bush gets it, the GOP has no chance at all and might as well just close up shop.

But TBH, after the 2012 election, I think it will be a while until the GOP has a chance again. Hillary will be damn tough to beat riding Bill's coat tails and having the main stream media carry her water for her.

I have said this before. A big red pill lesson is that the differences between the parties and politicians is grossly exaggerated once they are in office. Our day-to-day life doesn't significantly change. Foreign policy is consistent from President to President. They run plays from the same playbook which is passed on down to successors. I don't anticipate much will change if Hillary is elected. She has been part of the political elite in this country for more than 2 decades.

Warren Buffett is, I think, wrong. After 8 years of inept Obama leadership, it's going to be very tough for a Democrat to win. Just like 2008 sucked for Republicans, 2016 will suck for Democrats.

If you're not fucking her, someone else is.

well, better make sure you all go out and vote in November then, if its a republican house and senate with Hillary in there will be too much gridlock for anyone to get anything done.

Don't see the big deal here. It's pretty obvious she's poised to win should she decide to run unless one of three unlikely factors are present:

1. Something scandalous comes out about her.
2. The Democrats somehow fuck up so colossally that the general public has no choice but to return to the GOP.
3. Some charismatic new GOP candidate comes out that turns the party on its head in the public eye. Although Rand Paul is good, I don't see him doing this, and Christie certainly won't.

The demographics in a general election are now just so awful for the GOP that in the present status quo they simply cannot win national elections anymore. They haven't had a very decisive electoral win since 1988. Obama was very vulnerable in 2012. Unemployment was historically high for a presidential election and the healthcare law was very unpopular. He still trounced Romney in the electoral college.

I wonder if the GOP regrets their overwhelming Yea votes for the 1965 immigration bill. I know I would.

The fact of the matter is that the current demographics of the country plus the electoral college system is equaling a long-term domination of the White House for the Democrats. Unless something radical happens, this will continue for the foreseeable future.

We'll see if the GOP retakes the Senate this year, which might make them a bit more favorable for 2016, but I just don't see them overcoming this hurdle in either case.

The general election is pretty much going to now be decided by the Democratic primaries. And, given the current field, Hilary is far and away the dominant favorite for those primaries should she decide to run.

It sucks, but it is what it is. Make sure you make yourself as able to withstand it as possible, and if you are in a swing state where Congressional or Senate seats are up for grabs, vote for the GOP to create gridlock.

She's not going to win. When presidential elections come up; we always have candidates that are hyped up and then end up not winning. Hillary will be that person for the democrats

To borrow a phrase, the Republicans have a pipeline problem.

There's no rock star in the pipeline, which is what the Modern era calls for
- Reagan -a movie star
- Clinton - great orator
- Bush Jr. - the president you'd like to have a beer with
- Obama - a fifty million t-shirts can't be wrong.

Maybe when George P. Bush (the son of Jeb) gets of age he can run.

Not that it matters in my day to day life.

Thing is, Rand Paul is a truly excellent speaker. He blows Hillary and all the other Republicans out of the water. If the Republicans run him and he can get the the debates I feel fairly confident he has a chance. He and his father are the only ones who can draw the young vote away from the Democrats, and he has been speaking at minority functions as well for a awhile now.

The powers that be may never let him take office even should he win, but at least then we would have a martyr. This nation though cannot stand another 4 years of Democratic rule.

I'm not sure what dirt the Republicans can get on her. They're trying to link Benghazi with her, but nobody gives a shit. Also, when she was a Senator and in the Obama Govt the Republicans had plenty of opportunities to try to knock her down, but they came up with nothing substantial.

America still has enough effect on the rest of North America that Canada and to a lesser extent Mexico would be affected terribly were she to come into presidency.

Can you actually bet on presidential elections in America?

We can do so on the usual sports betting sites for our elections in Australia.

It's gonna be a Coke vs Pepsi campaign anyway, so you might as well listen to The Greatest Investor Ever and put some money on Hitlery.

My prognostications: the Dems will win with whoever they put up in 2016. The progressive mood in America still has a way to run. It's like Reagan going out in 1988, there was still enough steam behind his version of America for Bush Sr. to get in on his coat-tails, before being run out on a rail as the mood finally flipped in 1992.

Happens again and again, plenty of parallels in the UK and Australia as a major era-defining prime minister eventually steps down undefeated, their successor of the same party gets a short reign before people are finally fed up with that side of politics.

Of course in the US it's complicated by the Repubs seeming demographically doomed. The coalition of everyone else against white men is hard to beat.
