Here's an idea to throw back at them.

In that above video a girl claims that 1 in 3 homos kill themselves. It'd be nice to throw back some figures of the disproportionate number of heterosexual men who off themselves in the states each year compared to the rest of society. Straight men who have nothing left to live for but can't figure out what's wrong. I don't use twitter, anyone have stats they could tweet towards this group?

Since as long as I can remember, there's always been this push for awareness that all white people need to have, most recently with 12 years a slave. Yeah, we all need to remember America's past.

Well, I'm mixed Hungarian/Bulgarian, and right around the Emancipation Proclamation and the reconstruction period afterwards, my ancestors were fighting in the April uprising in the Ottoman Empire.

So...what exactly does my family or my lineage have to do with America's history with slavery? I'm white as can be, and somehow I'm involved in this and I need to be "aware"?

And as a manager, I'll be the first to admit that I pretty much never hire black employees for kitchen positions, and I'm not sorry about that. In my personal life I don't give two shits what people look like. I've got black friends, Korean friends, Japanese friends, Peruvian friends. But work is another matter. It's bad enough that kitchens tend to attract high school dropouts; a very large majority of black job applicants come from job placement programs; these are guys that are recovering from drug abuse, alcoholism, gangs, etc. I think that's great and I wish them the best, but the kitchen is no place for that and I've had some very bad experiences. Same with hiring veterans. I'm all for supporting these guys in other ways, and if a vet ever came knocking on the kitchen door asking for food, I'd cook him up a feast without thinking twice. But I wouldn't hire him. In fact, I'm just about as prejudiced against white job applicants as well. You hear that? I stereotype by race against my own skin color, and in the vast majority of cases I hire Latino or Asian. And these habits are the byproduct of 14 years of hard-earned experience; not societal indoctrination or any kind of bullshit privilege. Because stereotyping is what humans do. If you get bit by a dog, guess what? You'll think twice the next time you go to pet a dog. It's human nature and we develop stereotypes, rightly so, due to our life experiences.

Ok well the last thing you want to do is equate the hiring practices of restaurants to that of the rest of the world.

In my experience:
White people have zero longevity. The minute they become remotely bored, they bounce. If you can get a white cook to last longer than a year, it's a miracle.

Black employees are lazy, unfocused, and lack the aggression required to be a really great kitchen employee. They're all, without fail, way too chill. That could be a great trait in other industries, but not in kitchens.

Veterans tend to be midlifers. Meaning that they took some sort of culinary program after their military duty and they're just getting started at the ripe old age of 28+. This is way too old to start cooking, and they never develop the speed and intensity required of the job. Good cooks start at 19-21 and get the snot kicked out of them and come back for more. Doesn't happen with the older guys.

Therefore if they want to stay relevant with the increasing amount of non-dysfunctional and middle class blacks, they must play on fears. Just like the Republicans play on the fears of older whites by demonizing anything Muslim and middle-east related. Trumping up threats of terrorism when the threat of it is alot smaller than it was before.

In this state I have been chased by clansman growing up, called nigger openly as a kid by teachers, jumped by racists, and even jumped by my own people for not being black enough. That's just the surface of threats, I could go on. Despite all of this I have been able to see through the lies of the Democrats but it took many years. If it took me this long, can you imagine how long it might take these others that are indoctrinated by fear? My mother called me today to go vote early to help prevent the evil republicans from getting in office. Not only is that stupid as hell because this state is a huge red state, but she just got finished being angry at the gay Houston mayor from going after all the church pastors including our own! Look at that cognitive dissonance!

Most blacks are anti-homosexuality as devout Christians, torpedoed Prop 8, but still ally with the same Leviathan that seeks to destroy their own families and prevent them from ever having the nice healthy environment to raise kids in like whites have had for many years!

There is no excuse for their brainwashing, but it is going to take more time for blacks to yet again, overcome yet another shitty enemy, and truly get back into a stride. You got blacks in the Manosphere that are still liberal because they think all the gays walking around help them get more pussy by not being in competition for women. Little do they know that still does not help their numbers due to SMV. I can see it when white guys make that claim, but that is still a losing strategy. Eventually if left unchecked these liberals will convert all of the women and there will only be trash left. It already looks like that now, why help them finish the job? Some blacks in the Manosphere still side with liberals due to the WN like posting and blogs out there. Once again out of fear. Not all have tough skin either to hear less than pleasant criticism as well.

All of this siding with either group is not only blue pill, but it prevents them from growing as a man, it hinders self improvement, greater wisdom, and will not serve their own needs. The answer for black people is the same as it is for all the others. They need the red pill regardless of what shit looks like around them. It might make for more work and struggle, but we have been doing that for a long time now, suck it up and deal with it. Eventually it will get better. I'm slightly optimistic that the males can make the conversion. The women and sissy gay blacks are doomed. I just hope they do not drag the men into the abyss with them before we can reach them.

You can read about each and every murder case online. While some of them have not been solved, in nearly all cases it's a story that goes something like, "Marques Jones was at a family function when two men pulled up in an SUV and shot him to death".

You can talk about racial profiling all you want the but the heart of the matter is the black community needs to rally and fix its own communities. Noone else will do the work for them.

I lived in the bad part of Long Beach before and was around "inner city youth" daily. The primary reason that I saw for people not being able to get out was because they were involved in the ghetto lifestyle. It had little to do with the man keeping them down.

Sure, I know all the usual reasons..ie. poverty and lack of opportunity. I came from a fairly poor background so I know it's also not the end all be all excuse. Playing the race card all the time is a poor excuse too especially when you see people of all races in a bad neighborhood falling into the same mindset.

A lot of it is just people getting mixed up in neighborhood drama and like I said..the ghetto lifestyle ie. gangbanging, dealing, hustling, etc..

If someone really applies themself it's not hard to save up and move out.
