Oatmeal w/ greek yogurt and protein powder
Slice of blueberry zuchinni bread and a gatorade bar pre-workout
Two donuts, a can of tuna and a Met-RX shake post-workout
Gatorade protein shake
Burrito from Qdoba
Not my greatest day but unexpected schedule changes threw me off.

Lunch: 160grms Chicken breast with mushrooms, turkey bacon and feta
Dinner: Sisters b day party at Italian restaurant so not sure. Ill try to stick to macros and wont be drinking.

Morning: Scrambled eggs with tomato and pepper. Coffee.
Afternoon: Oatmeal.
Dinner: Salmon, veggies and potatoes. Coffee. Yoghurt.

I usually always have a salad daily but today was an exception. I also drank a bunch of water and some cranberry juice.

My breakfasts, lunches, and 2nd lunches are all roughly the same. I budget in a lot of calories and fats for dinner since that changes all of the time.
Breakfast:
Turkey sausage, bacon, egg, and McCain's Irish instant oatmeal (when you fry a turkey sausage patty in bacon grease, it tastes like a real sausage patty!)
Lunch:
Assorted nuts (varies), greek yoghurt, banana, in season fruit
2nd Lunch:
Casein protein shake with peanut butter, whole milk, and frozen fruit thrown in.
Dinner changes every week. It's not consistent in terms of macros, but I like variety when I eat dinner. My strength gains tend to be pretty consistent.

I usually wake up around 8am and fast until 3-4pm, then eat until I go to bed at 11. I'll have a few cups of green tea while fasting, but nothing else. I worked out at 2 and then ate:
-One pound of grass-fed ground beef, mixed with sauteed onion, bell pepper, and avocado
-Two cups of Greek yoghurt mixed with a tablespoon of raw honey, some cinnamon, vanilla, and about a half cup of pomegranate arils
-Ten stalks of kale sauteed in coconut oil with curry seasoning
-8 ounces of mozzarella cheese, a large tomato, and some fresh basil drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar
-One red delicious apple, sliced, with almond butter
It was a great day.

Breakfast: four egg omelette with pico de gallo and shredded pork, half an avocado and a cup of berries, double black espresso
Lunch: Cobb salad with 1/3lb chicken and the other avocado half
Dinner: 1/2lb grassfed flatiron steak, sauteed spinach and onions and half a carton of homemade (sugar-free) coconut ice cream
Workout:
Hatch Squat workout (8 sets of back and front squats)
5x5 deadlift
45 pullups
boxjump + kettlebell metcon
