Today I ate: (Bulking)
1 large waffle
1 small cup of vanilla ice cream
6 cheeseburgers
2 glasses of milk
3 glasses of Gatorade

What did you guys eat? We should use this thread as a log to help keep track of our food diet and such.

I like this.

Lunch: spinach, tomatoes, and pepper in a salad. huge turkey sandwich on ezekial bread.

Quest Bar in the afternoon.

Snack on some almonds.

Dinner: turkey burgers with tomato/basil seasoning on one slice of ezekial with spicy mustard. This is my first meat cooked with coconut oil and I love the taste. Then I had oatmeal with vanilla whey in it.

This is what I usually eat on training days. I do IF, train in the evening, and am experimenting with carb cycling.

I hope people don't use this thread as myfitnesspal. But I would like to see what people eat in a whole day.

2 cups lowfat greek yogurt + frozen blueberries

3 scoops of whey + banana

currently at 10-11% bodyfat, trying to dip down into the single digits with some intermittent fasting and a calorie deficit

Already had 5 eggs, cup of spinach/kale. 8:30 AM

10 AM, 12 PM, 3 PM - 1 cup ground turkey breast, 1 cup broccoli, 1 cup brown rice

I'll have maybe a snack or 2 in between. Also a glass of water with each meal.

5 pm pre workout/creatine

8PM 1 6 OZ Salmon Filet & 1 Cup Broccoli.


I'm sick of using Sriracha & Mrs. Dash toppings, if anyone has healthy alternatives I'd greatly appreciate it.

Breakfast: 3 Italian sausages with a glass of red wine
Lunch: 1 lb chuck steak with iced tea
Dinner: 1 lb chuck steak with red wine
Dessert: George T Stagg bourbon

This is essentially my everyday diet with some variation of the meat. I may have a burger patties or a duck breast or chicken or any other meat.
