This Washington Post article describes a 10 day ban issued to an IP address belonging to the US Congress.

Sounds pretty weird. It's definitely inappropriate for someone in the US Congress to be writing this stuff, but it's not especially sensitive. Not as crazy the Russian Interior Ministry offering $111K to crack the TOR network (hey, the NSA already did that... maybe we could close our budget deficit a little).

But here's where it get's worse. That IP came back and did some more damage. Get a load of this:

If you needed any confirmation that the US Government has an agenda in this emerging battle over sexual identity, there's your smoking gun.
