Italian women definitely have big ones. I grew up in a town with a large Italian population and none of them were flat chested.

Indian women, well I’m Indian myself and I grew up around north Indian women. They’re not different from white UK women in my opinion. Most are at least a B cup and I know a few with DDs and bigger.

I think most women of all races that are not East Asian are of a decent size, but east Asians are noticeably flatter. I was in Tokyo last year and I don't recall seeing any women with really big ones. The busty Japanese porn women must live in tunnels because I never saw them in the wild. Cup sizes have been growing in E Asia, due to the change in diets. Fast food (KFC, McD), diets with more meat and dairy (not milk, but stuff like ice cream), loaded with hormones. Bigger boobs but also more baby fat. More so in China and SE Asia than in Japan.

Spanish women have small breast, thats inaccurate. As do some Latin american women (fi Peru, Bolivia, Mexico). Africa is difficult, many have bigger tits, but they can hang. I remember meetings girls there with seemingly perfect tits and then the bra came off, big disappointment. Ethiopia was nice.

For me the best well shaped large breasts can be found in Eastern europe (Romania, Albania, Poland, Hungary come to mind, less so in Montenegro, Croatia, Slovenia), some latinas (Colombia, Dom.Republic, Brazil, Jamaica). The fake ones I've had my hands on all felt, looked and moved differently from any natural breasts of varying sizes I have touched. But with only two exceptions that I can remember all were pleasantly soft to the touch and didn't have any adverse effect on my boner.
I'd still take small natural breasts over larger fakes in a girlfriend though.

Fake - or one hell of a magical push-up bra - in most of the photos I checked in Google Images. In some they look a smaller (though still pretty impressive for an Asian girl) and with a more natural drop, so I'm guessing she got "enhanced" at some point.

I think it's purely a matter of taste rather than attraction. Like if you think makeup, artificially tanned skin, hair, nail & eyelash extensions, etc. are all fake. I'm of the opinion that (whatever the enhancement) if it is done well and tastefully (and makes the girl look even better), than I'm totally for it 100%, and my boner always agrees.
