I want to add something else to this thread:
FUN!
Our workouts can and often times should be, fun.
Having fun helps to keep things fresh and exciting.
When I feel bored or uninspired, I immediately switch up my workout and do something totally different.
I go outdoors, I go to different gyms, I workout with different people, I seek out new ways to workout.
I crave the variety as it keeps my mind engaged.
I started the year doing a lot of body weight exercises.. Then, in March, I did a few weeks of yoga.. In May, I started lifting weights to bulk up for summer. During the NBA playoffs, I just played basketball for about a month and did some light weights. Now, I am doing "complex" barbell workouts. In a few weeks, I will start running on the beach.
Having fun is an important part of my fitness routine.

That said, sometimes, I don't want to have fun.
Sometimes, I want to struggle and suffer and just work hard.
I call this "grinding". When I feel like "grinding", I usually just get in the weight room, put my head down, and just work as intensely as I can.
-----
I listen to music and podcasts as I workout.

Any article that talks about anti-aging without mentioning testosterone and HGH is garbage.
Are there any possible side effects to using HGH and/or testosterone???
Have you ever experienced any side effects?
