I sat around in the arraignment sessions of courts in a U.S. city for years, including courts of the inner city, downtown and with college campuses in their jurisdiction.

Rape and other sexual assaults were very rare compared to drug crimes, larcenies, burglaries, and various domestic violence charges. A rape arraignment is not something you'd see everyday - maybe a couple a week in the county central criminal session, maybe none.

There are a few sexual psychopaths jumping out of bushes and breaking into houses to rape women or kids. This video is not going to persuade them to stop. Just about everything else is in the murky territory of drunk sex, regretted sex, whores not getting paid, revenge charges and ambiguous signals.
