Back in March, in downtown Madison, Wis., a four-day White Privilege Conference brought together a sea of thousands of white people – mostly educators and students – to talk about how guilty they feel about the color of their skin.

Only now though, thanks to the power of YouTube, are the words and deeds of the “white privilege” theorists at the conference coming to light.

It’s all pretty unbelievable.

At one point, a speaker informs the white educators and students: “The longer you are in the tea party, the more racist you become.”

In one of the breakout sessions, a pair of “white privilege” adherents told conference attendees that educators should begin to instruct children as young as four years of age in the principles of white guilt, reports the website Progressives Today.

In the session, entitled “Examining White Privilege and Building Foundations for Social Justice Thinking in the Elementary Classroom,” two teachers, Rosemary Colt and Diana Reeves, explained that little kids are far more susceptible to ” social justice” conditioning than world-weary teenagers are.

Colt and Reeves discussed examples of their lesson plans. One showed a student’s handwriting, which describes the U.S. Constitution as a failure because some people have different beliefs.”

For a different question, a young child circularly reasoned, “If you are privileged you are white.”

The teachers also showed a video in which they disturbingly steer little kids to acceptable answers about white guilt.

“White privilege is when people that are white get an advantage to the people who are people of color,” one eight-year-old kid explained, according to Progressives Today.

Anytime someone brings up the topic of race or privilege they end up being a troll. These threads never end well.

They get the typical "Ohh a girl from my culture or background would never fuck a guy from that race or whatever".

Actually if watch the videos it appears that more women attended than men. That's to be expected though. Females make up over 80% of teachers in the US.

I'll attempt to put some kind of rational discussion on this thread.

"White privilege," while perhaps a legitimate grievance in the past, is quickly morphing into racism against whites.

They separate whites into one room and non-whites into another room. They teach whites they are to blame for "sins" of the past while the non-whites are taught to feel entitled.

What is the logical outcome of such policies?

You literally are creating huge animosity between whites and non-whites. How is this supposed to end well? How does this bring people together or resolve past grudges?

"White privilege" has become hate-mongering and grudge-seeking, pure and simple. It fails because it classifies ALL whites as the same, when the reality of that is far from the truth. It wasn't all whites who were racist; it was overwhelmingly whites from the American South. Whites in Europe weren't to blame for their tyrannical colonist regimes in the 1800's, nor can whites from the middle east be lumped into the same group of whites who used to own slaves in America.

For example, I am white, but it is because my ancestors draw their heritage back to ancient Rome. We haven't owned slaves for thousands of years. Why should whites from the middle east be grouped in with whites from America?

Likewise, I know a black man with white grandchildren. His son was a mulatto, and his daughter-in-law was a white woman so now his grandkids are white. Does that mean his white grandsons must be classified according to "white privilege?"

The entire concept is archaic, simplistic, and does nothing to unite Americans as Americans. It is race-baiting and hate-mongering the truest sense of the words.

I believe it is in every man's interest on this forum to oppose the left's brainwashing of "white privilege" because invariably, it will be all men who suffer, both black men, brown men, yellow men, and white men. That is how racism in America always ends up; racism translates to more power for women. You don't see black women and white women fighting each other. It's always the men who end up fighting these old wars.

A great example is how affirmative action was passed in the 1970's, and yet somehow white women also were included into affirmative action programs. Racism today is mostly smoke and mirrors designed to pit men against each other while the women collect the checks. And it's not like giving black women, hispanic women, or asian women free money is going to be good for black men, hispanic men, or asian men either. Everyone here should realize that when bitches are bailed out it means less pussy for the men.

Put the past in the past and move on. Forgive and forget. Build a new future where all races can cohabitate, mingle, and live together peacefully. "White privilege" accomplishes none of those things.

The general rule of newbies getting a lot less benefit of the doubt applies especially to race threads. If a newbie bringing up race is suspicious, him starting a whole thread on race is proof-positive of troll status.

While senior members are often more adept at discussing the issue maturely, they aren't immune from getting carried away or managing to inflame others who are less skilled in a circular debate that yields very little in the end. If you find that your race-to-everything-else ratio is tipping heavily toward race (and I'm not singling anyone out, because this has happened to several guys over the months), it might be a good time to step back and re-evaluate.

Race may be somewhat relevant to what we do, but it isn't what we do. Let's keep that in mind.
