I like how India handles their tranny (hijira) population. Give them their own unique place, that isn't high on the totem pole of society but people who feel truly that different can become something.

Once things start swinging back to the right, one of the laws that need to be passed is to equate a tranny trying to fool a man as 'attempted rape' and 'rape' if some poor guy actually goes through with it.
