English may not be the OP's first language, maybe we can cut the guy some slack for the "juvenile" business...
That said, day game in Cologne (e.g. chatting up chicks along the Rheinpromenade) is probably his best bet.
Come on, don't be so sensitive.
As for my own "juvenile" remark, it could have been taken a number of ways due to the wink at the end of it. OP chose to take it defensively and continued to mount the aggressive responses from there, proceeding further into troll territory.
Honestly, it's generous his post is even allowed given the nature of the forum and the draconian laws concerning the age group he's discussing. Considering the majority of posters here are American, it's no mystery that people would be hesitant to take a question worded in this way on.
His question could have been asked without even one mention of age and the same principles would apply, for the most part. But the main thing is that anyone who can't handle the amount of light heckling that was going on - before he escalated it by being defensive - doesn't belong on this forum.
Maybe it's a matter of age and maturity. So be it. But not belonging is not belonging, whatever the reason. It's not up to us to go easy on 16 year olds just so they can participate. If they want to jump in with the big boys, they'll just have to figure out how the big boys communicate.
That's how male interaction has always worked and how it will continue to work.
