Gym approach help. Strategies and Tactics
I usually fall for the trainers than the members, because I see them all the time and we get to know each other. But I dont like to crap where I eat, same policy in the workplace. I could make some exceptions though..
1 word hello
3 words. "Hey, what's up ?"
4 words " hey , how are you?".
Small chat , then keep it pushing.
Go for her number another day , I'd say the third or fourth time you speak to her . The thing here is that she is comfortable speaking you at this point and sees you around so you won't have to worry about shooting yourself in the foot by creeping her by coming on too fast or waiting too long.
Advice is cool but don't become her workout buddy unless you don't plan on swooping anything else from the gym.
