I mastered this as a young lad, after coming across a book to teach the technique.

It is pretty hard to master, but I got there after a few months.

It's a cool trick, and all that, but the quality of orgasim is less than a "relaxed one" since you are tensing and concentrating on the holdback.

Valley orgasms and edging are two different things. The peak orgasm is more intense than the valley orgasm but it is NOT better, because it leads to post-coital sadness and all the other problems the no-fap guys warn about. I wrote previously that the above is as good as Mantak Chia but I now retract that statement. This guy emphasizes the clenching too much, same as Rat in the Woods, same as Tim Ferriss. You have to read some of Mantak Chia's advanced woo-woo books to learn the higher techniques involving relaxation. You want to move the focus of orgasm away from the head of the penis, deep into the body, then up the backbone. It took me a long time but now I tend to have orgasms at the heart or throat chakra. The long run goal is bring the orgasm all the way to the top of the head, pineal gland chakra. Though be careful about holding too much energy in the head. Bring it down to the stomach if you feel a headache. With enough practice, you can have mild orgasms without even manipulating your penis. Sexual energy just flows constantly from genitals up the backbone.

Shemp is putting out useful info here. Post-coital sadness is real and no joke. I'm still relatively young but I've noticed a gradual decrease of motivation after orgasms that makes it hard to justify the amount of time and energy spent chasing girls.

Regarding the anal probe, I think I mentioned that I used to hang around Tantra forums and I learned s great desl from them, not just about orgasm without ejaculation but many other things about human sexuality.
