I have worked within a professional sports organization (mlb clubhouse) and i know how these things go. City to city all the guys have groupies or their go to girl that they hit up when theyre in town. Yes and no. Gio's stuff reminds me of Tim Duncan and the Spurs at their height -- everything looks simple but there are no unforced errors and it's always right place right time.

I think that each of us has a balance between "alpha" and "beta" that works best for us.

It must be congruent with our personality, look, and attitude. It helps if we appear authentic. People can often tell when we are faking it.

Word. I keep all my interactions smooth and sweet. I throw in some light quips here and there, but its generally a very warm relationship.

90% of guys starting out think they have to WIN ALL THE TIME, but the truth is you won if the girl stuck around for more than 2-3 dates. There is no need to beat somebody down un-necessarily.
