Have only been able to listen to a portion of the show with Mike, fucking Ali called in the middle of it with hair problems or something, and I am impressed with what I hear.

The only issue I really had has been brought up already; Let the guest talk a bit without talking over him. Several times Mike was cut off before finishing his thought which was aggravating as he was making a point I was interested in and was left hanging.

Otherwise the show was very good and I agree that McQueen has a voice for radio.

With more experience I'm sure things will smooth out and the transitions between interviewer and guest will get even better.

I give it a thumbs up.

Question for the guest: In his opinion, how much protein is really necessary? Some people say you need a certain value such as 1g per pound os body weight; others say just make eggs and meats a staple in your diet and you are set.

Obviously include those protein rich foods in your diet, but if you haven't had much that day, is it really that much more beneficial to drink 1 or 2 shakes, just so that you can meet that day's protein demand?
