I'm also very interested to know why Brodiaga made that claim. My perspective was that the clubbing scene in Jakarta had gone slightly downhill compared to a few years ago.

Is my personal favourite. But mainly cos I have a big social quality circle there of awesome girls and solid dudes as well who know how to party properly. It's more who you're with than the venue generally. Plus I like hitting up the gritty druggy afterparty clubs till the sun comes up, which certainly aint for everyone

Let me clarify my statement about Jakarta nightlige before half of the forum reads this and calls me delusional.

I said that Jakarta may be the best nightlife destination for guys because it was definitely the case for me last time I was here two years ago. I din't use Tinder that time, and online dating sites didn't lead to great results either, so I relied on night game a lot more and had a great time compared to other cities I've been to.

My night game is not very good, though, and I don't like to invest time and money in building connections with bouncers and service staff. So, If a guy like Distant Light is reading this.. man, don't pack your bags and leave for JKT just yet. With the right combination of connections, game, looks and money you'll have a much better time hitting the clubs in a major Western city like New York. I, on the other hand, can't even be bothered trying to get into a really good club in a city like NY or Miami.

Anyway, this time, I've only been to Dragonfly on Wednesday, and you know how that went. Tonight is a Saturday night, so I'm going to hit the clubs unless a super hot girl comes over and shows great bedroom skills (unlikely).

I did notice though, that Tinder changes very fast in some countries. In some countries Tinder becomes more and more popular whereas in most western countries it went to shit.

Went to La Favela, one of famous clubs here in Bali. I remember reading Brodiaga comment, tonight might be the best time to go out. It turned out to be true, although it was raining until 11pm, the club was packed.

Although night game isn't my normal environment and almost have zero experience doing it, I managed to kiss a girl from Jakarta who later I found probably a semi-pro. Funny enough, she and her friend are from Jakarta. She has asked me to buy her drink after I tried to bounce her to next value but couldn't due to heavy raining. The end of the interaction I put them in a taxi and she asked for some taxi money, which I refused. I did tell her in the interaction that "whenever I came here, I always got offered a girl. I don't wanna pay (for sex)" which she reply "It should be happy from both parties" to filter working girls but looks like it doesn't work that well. The other way to filter pro, if I see cute girl in a grup of girls, I'd search a guy with them. If he dresses baggy, sloppy, tattoo, long hair then he's probably their pimp. But I have talked to a guy with a grup of 9 girls who I'm sure not the pimp.

It's early afternoon on Valentines day. I'm still hungover, got very little sleep last night. Tried to take a nap, but I couldn't sleep, so might as well post on the forum.

Woke up alone yesterday with no dates planned and went sightseeing with my buddy. Hit up a bunch of girls on Tinder and whatsapp trying to schedule dates for later. Agreed with my buddy that we would go out to clubs as well. A couple of new girls agreed to meet up with me at my place in the evening. Both of them could meet around 9, so I cancelled with the less attractive one. The other one was late, finally came to my place around 10.30pm. I had promised my buddy that I would be free by midnight no matter what, so I pushed for a quick zero date bang with the girl. Mixed cocktails, sat on the bed and started touching her right away. She said it was too fast, but I replied that nobody can see or judge us, so that's ok. She wouldn't let me kiss her, but I already know that some girls won't kiss but will let you do everything else. She has a beautiful face, about 10kg extra weight, but a very nice body, just a little too big for my taste. Anyway, she asked if I have a condom, I said yes, took of her panties and went for it within about 10-15 minutes after we met. After that, I told her that my friend texted me and we're going clubbing tonight, but she's welcome to join. She got upset. so I apologized and tried to be as nice as possible. She was polite, but still upset and left before midnight. I feel bad about what happened, because she is very nice and feminine.

My buddy arrived soon after and we got to X2 before 1am. The club was packed, about 70% guys, but most of them are locals who seem to have zero night game by western standards. Most foreigners were middle eastern, but there were at least a few good looking white guys looking for tail. I didn't even see many girls being approached by guys, so the 70% ratio wasn't a problem at all. The ration of girls to guys with game was overwhelmingly in our favor. My buddy and I got a couple of drinks. He'd never been to a Jakarta night club and was shooting videos on his camera. I approached a group of girls and asked them to dance with him so that I could record a video of them. The girls were very friendly. I talked and danced with them for awhile, touched all of them but not too heavy. My buddy left to walk around the club and shoot more videos. While he was walking around, a cute Chinese girl approached him and even bought him drinks. By the time I found him, he was about to leave and take her to his place. His game is not bad, but night game is almost non-existent. He still got laid.

I walked around the club and approached a few more girls. Most of them were friendly and polite, but I wasn't getting much traction. Then one girl approached me and we started dancing immediately. Funny how alcohol and club lights make everyone look so much more attractive. She seemed absolutely stunning to me. Beautiful face and body, taller then me in high heels. Following a good tip from one of the rvfers, I offered to bounce to the bar downstairs and buy her a drink to separate her from her friends. At the bar, we started kissing and touching each other all over. I suspected she might have been a semi pro, so I told her straight up that I don't pay girls. She wanted to came back to her friends, so we joined them. I walked around the club a little more, danced with a couple more girls and asked them to come to my place, but they declined. Then came back to the girl and asked her again if she wanted to come over. She said wait half an hour, so I did, because it was already late and the most attractive girls from the club were probably already getting stuffed elsewhere. By the time the girl came back from the restroom, the club was about to close, so we took a taxi to my place, then banged pretty much right away. Woke up in the morning, hungover, but banged her one more time. She said she worked for a bank, but for some reason carried a big bag with a change of clothes, so I was still not sure whether or not she would hit me up for money even though I had told her I don't do p4p. In the morning, she looked pretty good, would give her a 7, but nothing special. Before she left, we didn't exchange numbers. I just said that maybe I'll run into her again at x2. She didn't ask for money, just for a taxi fare, so I gave her a few bucks, about enough to get to West Jakarta where she lives.

Today, I have a third date with a former virgin girl, but don't even know if I want to have sex with her again (I probably will).

I need to gtfo of Jakarta before game completely consumes me. Will probably go to Ubud or Gili and just chill out there.

A question to guys who are familiar with Bali. Which clubs are good these days? I'll be staying near Sky Garden, but I don't like it at all. Heard of Mint, but it was closed when I went there 2 years ago. On what days is it open? I'll try to go clubbing at least a couple of nights.

Jenja is my personal favourite. Is in a similar vein to Immigrant in Jakarta. There is another place called mirror also but it's more Chinese. Hence I'm not a fan. La favela is also a decent alternative tho can be more touristy. Mint used to be one of the places to go a while back but think it's been replaced by newer venues now. You can still try it out but think it's a bit pro heavy now.

Watch out for extremely thirsty Aussie bogans who just won't give up...

I remember the traffic from seminyak to kuta was crazy even at night, around 2am. Is it even worth going clubbing to seminyak from kuta? Like I mentioned in my pm, I can cancel the second night at the kuta hotel if I find a decent place in seminyak.

I recall hitting up Jenja around midnight ish generally but it's a tricky one to call. It's kinda out of season at the moment, so I expect it to be quieter, particularly midweek. (The exception to that would've been weekend before last was Chinese New Year, hence would've been nuts)

I would start off in a few bars or maybe la favela, try get talking to some ex pats who live there (will be a few) and they should be able to advise you best.

I guess it depends where abouts you are staying in kuta. If it's north part then shouldn't be too far from Seminyak

La favela is more famous nowadays than Sky Garden as it's free entrance fee (only for Indonesian) and nicer decorated although some people might be disagree with me as sometimes the DJ play music randomly and switching it too quickly. I would say the ratio is 70% foreigner, 30% Indonesians (or Asians). The trend of night life seems like changing from Legian to Seminyak and Petitenget area. Rumors bar is just 5 minutes walk from La Favela, it was quite crowded last Saturday.

I've heard the crowd in Jenja is 30-40 yo but I never been there. I heard Deejay club is nice too.
Straw hut bar is quite famous as well but they close at 12.

It took us forever to get there by taxi, so staying in kuta is not convenient for pulling from seminyak. Rooftop bar was closed, but I got a couple of drinks from my room and we sat on the rooftop, then back to my room, she spent the night.

Mostly foreigners at la favela, both guys and girls. Upscale crowd, well dressed, though didn't see anybody suited up. A lot of tall young guys, but they seem to be interested in white girls mostly. I only spent like 30 minutes there before leaving with the Indonesian girl, so didn't see much. Free entry. By midnight, there was a line. Inside, a large bar with a dj, also an area with tables outside and a second floor area which was closed. Good setup for pulling girls and venue changing within the club. Bintang beer 50k, didn't order any other drinks.

Wouldn't say favela is a upscale crowd seemed more like a hippy place to me. Everytime I go in that main room its sweaty and dark.

Went to jenja Bali last night.

Arrived there before midnight with an rvfer. A high(er) end club, 300k cover charge including one drink, which is steep even compared to Jakarta. Drinks about 120k. 2 levels, the lower level with a dance floor, the upper level is good for venue changing with a girl.

Last night, I think about 70% of the people were Indonesian, but there were quite a few young foreign guys looking for tail. Ratio of guys to girls was probably 70 to 30 too. Unlike at x2 in Jakarta last week, many guys at jenja seemed to have pretty good game.

I spent a lot of time talking to a Russian girl in her early 20s. Attractive, but very tall and large, so I wasn't comfortable trying to game her, just talked to her as a friend and also tried to hit on some Indonesian girls nearby. Maybe I could have pulled the Russian if I had put my A game on, but I didn't bother.

Then I did a few dance floor approaches. Small venue, so girls can see that you hit on other girls. After a few unsuccessful attempts, one Indonesian girl agreed to bounce to the top floor for drinks. I escalated touching and kissing, so she agreed to come to my place. Nice thin body, cute face but nothing special. Has a normal job, not a pro (I screen for that pretty hard now).

Banged a couple of times, then she left in the morning to go to work. Got her number, don't think I'm going to text her.

I know these +1 reports are getting boring, but they are simply a reflection of how boring it's getting to pull and bang one girl after another. I have to forget about game and focus on something else, but then I already wrote that after last Friday night in Jakarta, yet here I am in Bali, still chasing skirt.
