As a casual news watcher, it always seems that women get especially light sentences compared to men, when it comes to convictions for sex crimes. A teacher in my area was charged and found guilty of having sexual contact with 5 minor students, sentenced to less than 5 years, and probably served 3.

16 counts of sexual battery and 3 counts of furnishing a minor with alcohol. Sentenced to four years, served approximately 13 months.

I'm glad this study has been done. Us redpillers have been well aware of the pussy pass for years now, but there's nothing like academic peer-reviewed research when it comes to develop a block of knowledge that could eventually result in a social awareness of the inequality that men face.

Although, I'm not holding my breath on this.

Plus it's not like going to a women's prison is as bad for the average woman as going to a men's prison is for the average man.

For me, prison is a huge deterrent and keeps from doing criminal shit.

Why would the avg. women be deterred?

I've seen some women skate on things that would have put a guy away for time, especially on the stalking / domestic violence front. As I said earlier, though: if a woman is stalking you, she's most likely to charge you with stalking first!

On the other hand, I did see a couple of hapless girlfriends get caught up in their boyfriend's drug trafficking.

The police would put some little thing in their report that really didn't make sense, like the cops would say the girl held the bag of dope for a minute before the deal.

One case really bugged me, woman was a 32 yo nurse with no criminal record facing a five year minimum mandatory because she was in the car with the guy when he made a deal and allegedly "held" the bag for a second.

The prosecutors eventually knocked it down to one year, but that girl was not a criminal absent the bad boyfriend. Changing from a tax payer to a tax drainer, good idea!

And women do less violent offenses - shoplifting vs. street muggings. Once in awhile, it seems they're more out to hammer a woman for something like a mugging, because it's unusual.

Remorseful? She's fined by police just five months later for using her phone whilst driving again.

30 months suspended sentence, no jail time. It must be nice to be a woman and never to be held responsible for anything you do.
