Nah it was probably just a random dude online with adobe photoshop installed on his computer. The original photo was taken and saved, modified quickly to make her butt appear bigger and then put up on tumblrs/blogs/facebook in order to draw views. It is an extremely common practice, and an effective one since the photoshop (if done decently) fools most dudes and generates a lot of excitement.

A couple of the other photos you posted appear modified as well to varying degrees. Def not all of them, though.
