Bachelor Life: High-Rise or House?

Within three blocks, no problem. That is still logistically sound.

Make sure the unit is concrete. This is a must.

Higher ceilings if possible. Living in a box in the sky needs to feel open. So, floor to ceiling windows is a huge bonus.

I am on the 30th floor. I can barely tear girls away from my balcony. The high ceilings make the space feel airy and larger. And the floor to ceiling windows make the city a backdrop from every room.

In the fog is especially awesome.

And congrats on the move. It will be the best thing you will ever do to free up massive amounts of time in your life. It will blow your mind at how much life suburban living sucks out of a man.

Yeah, house blows. My house is awful for logistics because all the hot spots are downtown or further away which means a minimum 3 mile distance so walking is out.

I'm selling ASAP as well, although I don't want to live in this part of the country anymore so it'll be a crazy move.

I was actually considering (if I can shrink my shit down enough) to somewhat mobile RV living. A la Quagmire's "Cross Cunt-ry Tour" GIGGITY!

My business in it's startup phases requires a little square footage in the basement right now (mini-datacanter) but if revenue continues to climb I can move all that shit offsite.
