If you want some constructive criticism, you're going to have to give the forum some actionable intelligence. No one can decipher the photos you you have here, exept your manner of dress, so here is the advice I can give you based on the information I have:

No man should ever wear a zip on tie. That's tacky as hell and in very poor taste. That having been said, yours is too long. You're cheating and still not getting it right (seemingly in your steroid use and dress habits).

Also, if you're worried about the ill effects of steroid and taking an oral steroid instead of an injectable, you can add liver damage to your list of concerns, especially if you don't want to cycle off nor take HCG.

I understand the relation between Ritalin use and your diet. I have a similar thing going on. The way I solved it was change my eating habits entirely and use intermittent fasting. I eat one gigantic meal a day within a 4 hour eating window and sometimes a small snack (protein shake or small bowl of cereal with protein powder) right at the close of the window. Take your Ritalin in the morning and as you won't be hungry until the evening, only consume water, black coffee or tea with no milk and no sugar (no herbal teas). In the evening when your eating window opens, eat a large, healthy meal. Right before the window closes, have a small snack and go to bed. Repeat the next morning and don't forget to drink a lot of water.

Pretty sure trolling but will still answer:

* End cycle NOW, wait 1 month for that shit to clear your system then start PCT.
* Don't run arimidex willy-nilly.
* After 1 month grace period. Nolvadex 40mg every day first 2 weeks, 20mg every day for 2 more weeks. You dont really need clomid on 4 month test only cycle.
* Again your cycle was pretty light as far as cycles go, so you could skip the HCG as well but if you have it why not.
* 4 months is not that long, your fertility is most likely fine.
* GET BLOODS

Edit: Optionally tell your dr to switch over to Adderall or Vyvanse. That ritalin shit is pretty useless in comparison.

That's a solid shake. I assume raw eggs? Is that wrong? I don't think I'd do that, because of salmonella, but to each his own. I'd probably blend in boiled eggs. Not sure what you're doing. Either way, I guess. I do similar: whey protein, a banana, a non-flavored veggie powder, and a couple scoops of flavorless fiber. Like you said, it's a thick shake, even without the oats.

I have to say, though, I'm still making solid gains in the gym. And I feel great (like most people on amphetamines hahaha). I'm on a conservative 200mg of test/week, 2 shots of HCG, and anastrozole. Once I'm back to fighting weight I'll see if my doc will increase the test.

Updates

-Got some UGL test and have been running 500mg and 0.5mg adex per week for 3 weeks. Compared to the bunk gear I had before I can tell that this stuff is definitely legit. Strength gains are very good every week, and most convincingly is I took a gym selfie after a workout the other day and realized huh, I've never looked this good before in my life. Some injection point soreness but nothing at all like the other stuff. Acne is getting pretty bad though. Libido is on fucking point.

-Currently on a cut in preparation for a grappling competition (first time as a brown belt!). Once that's out of the way going to switch to bulking for 4-6 weeks. Planning to add 20mg dbol per day in addition to the test. Very concerned about acne so looking into accutane or tanning again.

I have found that recovery is no factor while running test, even at TRT levels, but time management is. I only work around 40 hours per week but lifting 4+ days per week and getting in 4+ classes of BJJ is challenging.

Anyone experience hair loss on TRT? I’ve never had a problem with hair loss and it doesn’t run in my family. I’ve been shaving my head bald way before starting TRT injections and recently let my hair grow out to let my scalp rest a bit from the razors and noticed an area where the new growth was noticeably thin. I googled it and from what I read, it’s a rare side effect.

^ TRT on its own doesn’t cause hair loss (specifically MPB) but has been known to accelerate and exacerbate it in men already susceptible to MPB.

^ TRT accelerated my hair loss, but I was already starting to thin out on top. It also INCREASED the thickness and volume of my body hair, according to my ex-wife. My hair (head and body) also seems to grow back very very fast now.

Yeah pasteurized egg whites or sometimes just raw eggs, old school strongmen style. Never had any salmonella issues.

For example here's what I had for dinner:
1 cup steel cut oats
400 ml unsweetened almond milk
137 grams egg whites
168 grams almond butter
120 grams lean whey protein.

Works out to a total ~2200 calories (1100 just from the almond butter).

Preparation time is basically nothing, I just put the ingredients on the kitchen scale, press "tare" put some amount in the blender and write down the weight I took out of the ingredient container, so I can log it in the MyFitnessPal app on my phone for calorie tracking. Drinking it was a legit ordeal and I had to give it 3 tries (drink 1 glass then pause for a while) so it took around 25-30 minutes.

Getting this stuff out of my system has been just a big as hassle as getting it in. I've taken 2 shits so far this evening (3 shits total for the day) with a 4th shit being imminent. Please do keep in mind that I don't do this because I like it. I do it because I have a fucked-up busy schedule, and the appetite of a wannabe Instagram model, so I have to. So if anyone reading this has the time energy willpower and appetite to prepare and eat clean meals, all the power to you man, do it. I just care about getting the calories in. I haven't eaten much else for the rest of the day so my total for today has been around 3000 calories (just 250 above TDEE)

I either make shakes, simple meals like for example oatmeal with blueberries and cottage cheese, or sous-vide meats (again no preparation involved as I just vacuum seal the meat, dump it in water and leave it there) or I just order food or eat out. When I eat out, sometimes I try to eat clean but most of the time I go for as calorie dense as possible. Again I'm just trying to hit my macros.

About the carb vs fat thing: A lot of people in the bodybuilding community swear by the fact that carbs are more important than fats if you're on gear and I've found this to be somewhat true. Natty people need the healthy fats for their hormone metabolisms to produce enough testosterone but if you're taking testosterone externally it doesn't matter. I find carbs to be a way better energy source than fats-- I find that I can lift heavier and think clearer when I eat mainly carbs vs fats for energy.

Currently I'm on TRT dose testosterone. Lost a lot of weight in the last year (especially the last 3 months) but slowly and surely getting back there. Also getting ready to blast a cycle again. I try to hit the gym at least 5 times a week and get enough sleep every night. I'm below my target weight and I really don't care how I get there, if I ever come to the point that excess body fat concerns me I'll just bang tren and go on an extreme calorie deficit cut.

Also last but not least: I take a multivitamin every day because of my shitty diet. I know it's snakeoil if you're eating properly.. but I don't

Also on the topic of warrior diet, keto, intermittent fasting, Paleo, cauli kale, <insert any two nouns> diet.. maybe it matters at top tier fitness levels, but at my level it doesn't really matter that much as long as I get the numbers right for the day, and to me, every restriction in a diet gives me one more reason to slip up, say "fuck it" stray off the diet and ruin everything. Therefore I just try to get my calories and macros right. I avoid simple sugars (maybe except before and during intense physical activity) because of the insulin spikes. I try to avoid trans fats and junk food in general.

Though a large part (larger than I'd like to admit) of my diet consists of McDonalds basically because it's the easiest fastest and cheapest nutrition money can buy. I add patties, skip the cheese, get a side salad instead of fries (skip the salad dressing) and go for sugar free soda. With sugar if it's a pre workout meal.

Logging everything in the MyFitnessPal app on my phone, I try to stay at 500 above my TDEE for each day. Seems to be working well for now.

Again this is all at my level. A lb of muscle burns 7-10 calories and a lb of muscle burns 2-4 so if you're a 5'11" 250 lb freak with 7% BF you can (and most likely have to) eat whatever you want..

I, actually, started to reply to you earlier, but it got lengthy and I had other obligations, so I tried to save it for later, but didn't save it properly and lost it.

Anyways, the "warrior diet" thing was not planned at all in my case. i was just explaining my diet to a friend and he mentioned "warrior diet." I had never heard of it. Besides, it wasn't exactly representative of what I was doing anyway.

I don't count macros nor weigh my food, but I do eat very clean--never fast food and almost 0 sugar. I find that if I can plan one solid meal, a big meal, much more than I would normally eat in a single setting, I can usually get by with just that. Sometimes, the shake we mentioned comes into play. For example, tonight I had 2 grilled chicken breast, brown rice, okra, tomatoes, green beans, and corn with a 2 egg cheese omelette and a side salad. I won't eat again for 24 hours. That having been said, I'm not a huge guy, so that is a LOT of food for me, especially while drinking enough water to digest all that.

I'm still trimming down but putting up increasing weight (slowly). I hurt my shoulder pretty bad the other day, so overhead presses are excruciating. Got a couple off days, so I'll keep it chill and hit it with some motrin.
