Sp5, that's interesting. It seems to me that the word "pedophile" is likely used here more as an emotional epithet rather than a description of alleged fact. You can't sue someone for libel if they called you a "motherfucker" because it is understood that this would not cause anyone to believe that you engaged in intercourse with your mother.
