Nice tips ... if you like spending $1,500 on a night out.

How does this comment add any value to the discussion?

This was a good sheet full of insider tips.

I'm sure guys have spent that much on a night out spinning their wheels lacking knowledge.

Hell, McQueen even wrote notes about how to SAVE money.

I don't think most guys clicked on this looking for a hostel and Denny's guide to Vegas.

yeah seriously...haters gonna hate I guess....Vegas can get somewhat expensive anyway so if you're not prepared to drop a couple hundred $$ at least nightly then don't go. Hell I can blow that in 20 minutes playing blackjack or craps.

Great Data Sheet will use this for sure next time I'm there.

Was just at Hakkasan.

I think it's nerdy to wear ear plugs at the club. But fuck, that place was LOUD! I'd actually consider wearing ear plugs next time.

They finally fixed the stairs issue. The elevator actually went down this time. (It used to be that you went up to the club via an elevator and then had to walk down 2 flights of hard ass concrete stairs. It was a total cluster fuck as girls in heels were falling all over the place.)

I still prefer XS to Hak. XS is a lot easier to walk through. It's a nightmare getting past the DJ booth, but once you're outside you can spread your wings.

I didn't notice a substantial difference in poon quality in Hak v XS. (I hit up Hak, XS, and Surrender Labor Day Weekend.)

Surrender wasn't very good. Every club has a tipping point where it becomes irrelevant. In think Surrender is about to tip.

Did you have trouble getting in to either XS or hakkasan?

Perhaps I am just an amateur but McQueen's cheat-sheet seems to have been made for experts only (perhaps because McQueen is a party host and has an inside connection at most of the clubs) HOWEVER I'd love to read a data-sheet for your average man, who can't spend 100's of dollars per night at a club and whose game is average. I think that would be more useful to some forum members around here like myself. Those tips might be near impossible for beginners to accomplish, especially things like "Pro-Tip: Take a girl into the Gardens part of Chateau, find an empty cabana (at night-time they ALL are and it's dark) and bang. Just ask Security where the Gardens area is and they'll point you. Easy swoop location."

I don't see why you would have to spend a few hundred a night to have a good time. If you just want to hit the clubs and not gamble, how is it different from any other city?

His ban notwithstanding, this guy had a point. Don't want to muddy this great data sheet, but BC put things in perspective for a lot of us.

I think this datasheet is actually really good. The OP makes note of places that are easier to get into. I don't see what the complaint is about.

I think this can also be interpreted as "the Gardens area is a great place to escalate nevertheless if not go for the bang." Simply ask the gal out for a walk once she appears interested and then make your move out there...

Just my personal interpretation of that tip.

Btw, anybody out in Vegas mid-October? I could be there for work as this data sheet helps tremendously.

In Vegas you can get by as cheaply or as expensively as your bank account will handle. I gamble, so tend to lose a few hundred dollars everytime I go, and just chalk that up to being part of the cost of having 'fun.' But you certainly could avoid gambling alltogether and hit the buffets and local spots and party more cheaply. But for me I'm only in Vegas 1-2x a year normally and I set aside a budget for clubbing /gambling /rooms etc.

I think if you're not drinking too much even the big clubs won't be too crazy expensive for you but obviously if you're pounding drinks it will add up fast. You could daygame up and down the Strip all day long and not spend a dime. Or just go to places with drink specials, comps, eat at Chipotle etc. and not spend too much. Depends on what you really want to do.

I've followed basilransom's recommendation to use Batchgeo to create a custom map for this data sheet. I've only listed the ones that McQueen said to go to:

Solid sheet McQueen! I was in Vegas once but that was years ago and after reading this comprehensive data, I think I'm due for a visit soon! And which part of the Strip is better to stay at? Any particular hotel you'd recommend that would be good for both logistics and vicinity to clubs?

Cheers!

@VC:

Cosmo, Encore or MGM Suites. Close to the action and top clubs (Hakkasan, XS, Marquee), plus swanky enough the hotties congregate there.

Only if you're staying there? or free for people who aren't even staying?

I'm going to be getting a weekly place somewhere in LV and scope it all out.

Heading to the DMV first thing to get an LV drivers license to save on cover charges.

Then I got get some better threads.

Free period.

That's one thing about LV; they're smart with not charging for parking.

This has been a great data sheet. I don't think it's reasonable to think you can nickle and dime vegas. My friends usually party here for 2-3 nights a year and roll hard so this would be a cool time saver for them and possibly for me too if I get the chance to go in the future.

I have to be honest though this has always been the main reason why vegas has intimidated me. I haven't gone because the prospect of spending serious money over a short period of time and striking out could be very disappointing. It sounds like the city has huge potential but nothing is ever a sure thing.

I think it would be important for a newbie like myself to read up on the data sheets and plan my trip well. To know what things cost like tables, drinks, door fees and who to give money to and how much so time isn't wasted. It is important that when the bills start arriving you know what to expect so it doesn't throw your game off.

what about Pure?

Also: for experienced vegas guys, are there good options for pulling girls not in the big clubs but at smaller bars and places located in the casinos and mall areas around the strip? not necessarily day game, but bar game?

I'm in vegas now. I'm going to be here for at least two weeks going out pretty much every night. I'm playing with the idea of setting up base in LV long term, but for the moment I'm doing some extended scoping. PM me know if you want to meet up and hit on some girls.

also, for dudes looking for more data here's a pretty good extra sheet on las vegas from a random site i found on google:

Pure is garbage. 3rd tier club. The inside dance floor is way packed, upstairs/outside is a little better but the crowd is extremely weak. They play more hiphop, so there you go.

How is XIV in Vegas versus Lavo brunch?

XIV

Lavo Brunch

leaning more towards LAVO since I like that place and I'm staying at Palazzo so I have a logistical advantage.
