I myself is a Chinese, and I traveled Brazil for two months and shortly in Argentina and Peru. Basically I think all the three countries are Asian friendly even though I only got Brazilian flag. I find women there are mind blowing beautiful and Asians are desired there.
I coincidently ran into the ambassador of Chinese embassy in Rio and he told me because of China, Japan and Korea are all having a lot of business and factories and sending a lot of businessmen and engineers in South America, especially in Peru, Ecuador and Colombia, Asians are highly desired and respected there.
I think women wont be a big issue if you LIVE in one of South America and studying Portuguese/Spanish seriously, have passable look and height.
The only problem is that it is hard to find a job there except being a English teacher, which won't give you decent life. It will be easier for you if you speak Chinese/Korean/Japanese and focus on Asian companies but still requires conversational Portuguese/Spanish to get the job.
