How to change a woman

First of all, the OP's tactic is valid. I know this because I use it with children. With children, I cannot say to them, "Improve your behavior or I'm out." It's was my job to work with kids and I couldn't say "My way or the highway," at least not all the time.

So very often I would use their own medicine against them. If a child thought it was cool to insult his little brother, I'd insult him. If a child thought it was cool to push people around, I'd push him around too.

Get it? Women are big children so in theory it will work on them too.

This brings me to my second point - the word "role model" is inadequate. Role modeling is when you set exemplar behavior for others to emulate. What the OP is doing is using bad behavior to counter bad behavior. That's NOT being a role model.

I would call it "Mirroring" or "Mirror behavior," which is a far more accurate description.

Finally, could this behavior work reliably on most women? No way. For mirroring to work the girl already needs to be in love with you, spending most of the week with you. It takes a lot of time for mirroring to work. If she's just around you once per week, she'll never even remember what her bad behavior that pissed you off in the first place.

Fighting fire with fire. I can see some women thinking that you are acting like a bitch. They will fall back on some BS gender role excuse and say you are the man. That you should be above passive aggressive behavior.

All I say is just use candor with her. Tell her you don't like a certain behavior. If she keeps it up. You are done. She does it again. Leave. She may not officially recognize her wrong doing but she can't claim to no know the reason you left.
