Bitches With Back Problems

Seems to be an epidemic these days of fat women on my Facebook having major back problems, often requiring surgery.

If you're having those kind of issues in your 30s and have never done a day of hard labor in your life, the problem is you. People need to get off their ass and move around more - sedentary behavior is one of the biggest causes of a weak back, which eventually leads to problems.

I suppose I shouldn't talk because I've had my own share of back issues, but I found it went away within a week once I introduced a daily swim into my life. A habit I need to pick back up ASAP. In any event, I at least had the good sense to know the problem was not bad luck but lifestyle.

Every time I've offered a woman the advice of swimming as a way to take care of the problem they've looked at me like I was half-retarded.

I kept preaching the gospel of Stronglifts 5x5 but no one ever listened to me either.

It's gotten to the point where I encourage people to merely do 15 minutes of walking 3 times a week, and even that seems too much to ask for.

Sitting at a desk for hours will do this. It did it to my ex-wife.

It happens less to men because men have bigger, denser muscles that surround the spine and protect it. But try telling women they need to take better care of themselves because they're more delicate and see what happens.

Men shave their faces. Women don't. We take this for granted. Has anyone ever stopped to think why this is? It's because men's faces needed to be protected because they were meant to be out hunting and whatnot. Men's entire bodies are like this. We may get injured, but we usually bounce back quicker.

We've denied this reality in the modern world, pretending men and women are "equal." But our bodies are not equal. Men can withstand more, whether it's extra pounds or endless hours at a desk. This is the root of women's back problems.

A lot of girls with big tits end up with back problems. I know a couple girls who had breast reduction because of this. One of the girls got the reduction when she was young, maybe 16. When she was 27 she got breast implants. [Image: facepalm.png]

It's easy to understand why fat women are going to have back, hip, knee and foot problems

If a woman who should weigh 110 to 120 lbs instead weighs 170, 190, 220 or more that's like wearing a backpack weighing 60, 80 or 100 lbs on her back 24 hrs a day for years. All that excess weight is continually pressing on her joints which are less robust than men's; of course damage is going to occur. Yet fatties want to convince us that fat is "healthy". Imagine all the excess cost this is going to impose on everyone when government healthcare is fully implemented

Exactly. To get an idea of what being overweight does to your body, get some 50 pound weights and try walking around with them for a while. See how much energy you have and how much you ache.

It's total denial that weight doesn't matter. Weight is THE thing that matters.

Yeah I would bet that a lot of breast reduction surgeries could be avoided with a proper lifting program and managing anterior pelvic tilt.

Check out the carrying angle too, the angle of the fat woman's femur relative to the pelvis and fibia.

In the thin woman the femur and tibia make a near straight line. in the fat woman, there's a noticeable angle.

That, in conjunction with the extra 100 lbs of luggage, can't be good for the knee joint.
