I'm 36 and still easily date girls in their young 20's. I pull them all the time. I still look young and I am in shape so its pretty easy. Most girls guess that I'm closer to 30. Comparing me now to me 10 years ago is a no contest. Older, smarter, more mature, more fashionable, more knowledgeable, honestly I'm surprised I had as much success as I did back then.

Most girls who tell you they dont like older men dont really mean it as long as you look and act young. They dont want to date their dad or a balding guy in pleated khaki's but do you think for a second a hot 22 year old piece of ass would turn down Ryan Reynolds because he is too old? Of course not, and he's almost my age exactly. I find a lot of girls who are married girls in their 30's will slam me for dating girls 10 years younger then them, but i think its just how a girl that age is trying to defend the obvious threats of a younger woman.

It's definitely better to ignore the stigma and do what is natural. I've often wondered how something so obviously natural got perverted to the point where the majority of society thinks you're a deviant for being attracted to the most fertile and attractive females. My guess is that it comes from all sides (not just old women) and it reduces competition.

Old women don't want you to think young women are the prize because it takes them out of the game.
Young women who don't want to be constantly bothered by the average fat ugly 40-yr-old (there are a lot more undesirable 40-yr-old than desirable to them).
Your own peers (often the previously-mentioned fat ugly men) can't compete with you so would rather not see you get the good stuff.
The young guys who want to lower competition.

It's not in the best interest of many groups.

Since I haven't added my own experiences to this thread, I may as well tell you what I tell all of my friends.

When I was 18, other 18 year old girls didn't even look at me. I lost my virginity to a 29 year old. And today, I get way more attention from young girls than I ever have. I haven't banged a girl over 24 in almost two years.

Girls my age do not believe me when I tell them I'm the same age as them.

I still lie about my age, but like Roosh tweeted, nowadays girls believe my real age more when I lie than when I tell them the truth.

I was at a dance and one woman said to me, "Are you 18?" in this thick Spanish accent. Then I told her an age that's closer to my real age and she refused to believe me, but she was hooked. She kept chasing me around and kept dancing with me until I got tired of her questioning my age and told her, "Okay okay, I'm only 22." (Major lie) Then she went, "Okay that makes sense," and I saw the attraction dissolve in her. She walked away and never spoke to me again.

I told a 20 year old I was 29 (a lie). She confronted me later and asked my real age. When I told her, she said, "Good."

When I was in my early 20s, it was rare for a girl my peer group to date a man in his 30s.

Now I see it all of the time.

I attribute that to the feminization of younger men. Women know they need to date older men to get the dose of masculinity they so deeply crave.

I am a shark in my fishbowl. It is fucking awesome. And no one at my scene suspects a thing. When I pick up girls, I ask them if they want to get some drinks, and if they agree, I say, "Okay go meet me outside the door." I walk out of the venue by myself, and then she finds me a few minutes later.

When you're past a certain age (anywhere from 35-40), it's time to start taking testosterone.

There are books and non-profits devoted to this stuff. But if you do the following, you'll look and feel 10 years younger:

1. Lift and do cardio
2. Juice greens like kale, spinach (there's a whole thread on the forum on juicing)
3. Wear sunscreen
4. Look into TRT/HRT

Drinking lots of green tea helps, too, as does fish oil and on and on and on.

But if you're not lifting, doing cardio, wearing sunscreen, and getting greens....then the rest of the stuff isn't going to do all that much.

I think that anybody better be careful before they start to take any kind of testosterone, even if your doctor says it. There are plenty of doctors who screw this up. So for example, if you start to take these kinds of hormone / testosterone replacements, then you better be careful b/c your body can react by shutting down its own production. I would rather figure out ways to get my body to produce the testosterone and the various hormones rather than to supplement in that regard - even under medical direction, we have to be careful b/c we are the ones who are going to suffer the downside... not the doc.

However, many societies value men for their age and wisdom, and women are valued for their youth and beauty. And, I believe those perceptions of aging are merely social constructions rather than the real practicality of health and living... ... and yes, i will concede that men can reproduce much longer than a women... but so what.. that still does not establish the fact that we age better than women.. merely establishes that our biological functions and/or limitations are different from women folk..

It's actually really easy to observe. Just check out how 18 year old boys look and act compared to 18 year old girls.

Girls grow up faster, get taller faster, develop their voices faster, and get uglier faster. They age on a much, much faster timescale.

Even if men physically age as rapidly as women, because girls go for not only appearance but characteristics like social status, confidence, demeanor, social skills, aggressiveness, wealth, etc. by virtue of that difference alone - men will age better than women where it counts, in the so-called sexual value market.

I posted on this topic yesterday, in this thread, and really I think that anyone, at any age, better be really careful when beginning to supplement with testosterone... b/c even doctor get this shit wrong and give people testosterone and screw them up. Part of the problem in taking testosterone is that it thereafter down regulates your own production b/c your body begins to think it has enough from the supplement.. then when you stop taking the supplement, you are worse off than before you started. I would be very careful about taking any testosterone supplement, no matter what your age...

I think that we are just fooling ourselves with this kind of language about men aging like a fine wine or something like that.. those kinds of ideas are just to make us feel good...... and I am not really against feeling good, i suppose, but it is kind of a fiction of sorts, no?

Well anyway, it may not really be a big deal what we all think about how men age and how to frame it or whether it makes us feel good that we can remain powerful physically, while women may really start to show lack of sexual appeal... ... I will grant you the fact that men do stay able to reproduce longer than women.. but then women live longer than men and have to socialize all of us b/c in nature men won't do it b/c they are too busy out chasing around more poontang.. and yes, I believe that it is somewhat natural for men to be chasing young poontang (or at least wanting to do such) and wanting to spread the genes far and wide.. .and they will keep doing these kind of gene spreading activities until they keel over at age 50 from a heart attack and still thinking that he is on top of the world... while women will live much longer but wont be having sex after menopause.. they will just be doing all the work to feed everyone...

Love this thread. I particularly get asked a lot in the FSU "why you are 37 and have never been married", as it is almost unheard of in Russia they say. I always throw the line "well I don't marry because my age says I should, I will only marry when I find the true love", that sort of bullshit.

However, certainly I have found :-

1. Generally girls want older, and I mean quite a bit older. (I am 37..and am having no problem dating girls around 21...albeit, I am in very good physical shape for my age, any age).

2. Like some other posters have said, if I compare myself 15 years ago to now, and look at the key points :-
Money - My "older" self wins...good job and no wife / kids to splurge it!
Looks - My "older" self wins....so many female friends have said I look so much better looking now than when I was younger
Intelligence / life experience - No competition, I mean at 22 I don't think I could hold down a beer, never mind a stimulating conversation!

I would agree that it is not the age that decides it is how you live / have lived your life. Each to their own and I won't criticise others, however, so many of my friends in the UK, my age are :-

Married, lots of kid, perhaps divorced / remarried, totally out of shape, no dress sense, no ambition, content just to be nagged for the rest of their lives...............of course these men are not attractive to teens/20's girls.........

because generally speaking up until 35 you still have plenty of T kicking around...it begins to decline around then.

i personally run TRT and makes me feel great. keeps my levels in the 900's.

i have an endo who Rx it and monitors me.

Exogenous testosterone is not a "supplement." It's a drug that has been clinically proven to enhance a man's life.

Of course using T shuts down the body's natural production. That's why a man shouldn't start taking T until his own levels are already declining.
