This guy is claiming that he had evidence that could clear him from rape charges and he withheld that evidence until the final day of his trial for maximum dramatic effect?

This story is highly improbable but its still very funny. I think in real life the lawyer would be furious if he had withheld video evidence.

Yeah it's definitely suspect.

I can understand the desire for revenge, but the amount of bullshit, societal shame, and waste of time you'd have to go through to pull that off is ridiculous

Also if he told his parents right off the bat, you'd think they would speak with the lawyer or at least make an attempt to convince him not to wait till the last moment

And if he really wanted to get back at her, videos go viral pretty quickly these days....
