A big fundamental of the PUA movement and this forum is self-improvement. The best way to get and keep quality girls is not to deceive them, but to legitimately increase your value.
Many studies and self-improvement experts say that it takes around 30 days to begin forming a habit. Meaning, if you do (or don't do) something for 30 days, your body adjusts to it and it starts to become an unconscious rhythm to your life.
I've done several month-long lifestyle experiments in the past and overall they've been great for finding out what works for me and makes MY life better.
Here are some that I've done:
Vegetarian
Vegan
Raw Foodist (freakin' hard)
Slow carb diet
Media fasting
Various exercise habits
Daily language learning
No nail biting
I started this thread to see if anybody else wants to try a 30 day challenge and post your results. It can be anything related to girls, finance, habits, hygiene, exercise, sleep, diet, skill acquisition, whatever.
A good time to start is on the first of the month, which is when I'll be doing my next one. Any other takers?
