Not to be too personal but by help do you mean therapy? I'm actually a pretty chill guy underneath the expression.

Yes, I meant therapy. I did it, it helped me.

But, I also mean to get whatever type of help you need.

Fashion help, speech help, game help, emtional help, etc

Whatever issue is holding you back, get help for it!

Nowadays, we can just google -- "how to improve body langauge" or "how to get more confident"

The help is there if we agressively seek it out.

Anyone ever feel cheesy when smiling? I think this is a very funny and helpful thread. I guess my default facial expression is indifference or worse don't bother me.

People say I have a great smile (white teeth not much of a coffee drinker). But I feel cheesy smiling while walking around. Maybe it is my harsh judgement of others who walk around with smiles on their faces. I know that sounds very mean, but I am not that mean actually. A lot of food for thought on this thread.

In business, I have found it useful to be indifferent in negotiations. Maybe it has carried over too much into my personal. I am fun to the point of silly with people I care about, but if I don't know you I am usually chill trying to size you up to see if you are legit or just flash.

Thanks for starting the thread LBH and thanks for insights/sharing Giovonny.
