There's no harm in sending a restart text. Remember, you're learning, so any experience you can get right now will be beneficial long-term. Has this one got away? Probably, but now you have nothing to lose. An "LOL" text is fine if you're done with her.
In this case, I'd probably just try to catch her at a good time on a weekday, and send her something like "What's up?" and quickly transition to, "So, how about that drink?" assuming she's not doing whatever stupid shit girls do during the week. If she refuses again, depending on how she does, you can use your "LOL" or just a dismissive, "Ok, maybe next time." Then don't text her again, unless she texts you.

You're fine. She's just unavailable [for whatever reasons] in those days you wanted to meet her. Next move? Follow CJ advice

Yeah... I fail to recognize a problem here. You're fine. Just let her sit a little while then re-initiate as if nothing happened and you were un-phased. And, of course, start gaming other chicks in case she decides to turnout to be a total flake.

Just remember that whatever you do, it is a lesson learned. Worst case scenario here is that you move on to the next one.

Set the date and go out on the date.
Who cares if its on a day you suggested or on a day she suggested..?
The point is to go out on a date.
Not, to win some imaginary power struggle.

Sent her a 'what's up' after about a week, no reply, so I got the hint to move on.

Another case. I met this girl on the subway. She gave me eye contact two times so I approached her. She was blushing (shy?). Anyway at one point she says she can't hear because of the subway. What do we do in situations like this? She got off at the next stop...should i have followed her? (noob here...)

If you aren't that busy just say fuck it and Let her pick the day. You pick the place. Or tell her okay but first drinks on her. Show up late and alpha the fuck out of her.

Ty for the reply to my subway problem, will try that out as soon as I get a chance...
On another note met another woman got along great with her texted her the next day, she replied but with easter here around the corner she will be out of town and so will I (different places)...so my question is do I bother texting her or calling her again now or wait until after easter when we're both in town to attempt the date schedule etc?...two weeks seems like a long time for a lot to happen.
