I have been to both, and I am not sure if there is a clear cut answer. Which I am sure is exactly what you didn't want to hear.

If you want to travel down the Pacific coast line try out dominical. It is a good serf town with a few good hang out bars ROck a verde is one of my favorite bars in Dominical.

Ticas are very different than dominicanas. When it comes to large round asses, the dominicanas win 10 times out of ten. If you like girls that are more slender but still have curves you can find that in costa rica. Ticas are a little harder to lay and you'll usually have to put in more work. A lot of ticas are educated and you can find a lot that speak english, which will make it easier to spit game if your not bilingual.

Dash where did you go I spent 4 years in CR and a lot of them speak english. However many of them do need to warm up to you before they will speak it. If you go out to La Calle Amargura or El Pueblo they won't speak English however if you try to meet them at Mall San Pedro many will.

I just wouldnt want anyone coming to CR to think they will encounter alot of english speaking locals. You need some spanish here like with most of LA.

Funny you mentioned Calle Amargura! Me and my buddy went into one club and I thought we were gonna get stabbed or shot! This place had the most sketchiest gangster dudes I ever see. We quickly walked in and looked around for a minute then bounced! There is a HOT 3 story club / bar right down the street that we found! Lots of girls there and a completely diff vibe! El Pueblo didnt really deliver for me considering the hype.

To add to this, Dominicans chicks are more voluptuous but there's a very thin line between thick and fat. And I have been fooled more times that I care to recall by "Body Shapers." In Costa Rica, a chick is either bangable or she's so fat that all the Spanx in the world will not make a difference. Also, the average light skinned Tica chick is prettier than the average light skinned Dominican chick. Which brings me to the third difference, if you are into Black women, you'll be surprised by the amount of hot Black chicks that there are in CR. For a country this small they sure have a surprisingly large number of dark skinned and red bones in the 6-10 range. Plus, they all speak good English. About the difficulty of laying of Ticas vs Dominicanas that all depends whether you have the "Look" that Dominicanas chicks go gaga over.

I felt un-easy just standing around outside of the bus stop at a place to eat on the trip to PV. Id pay good money to see an obvious gringo / american walk around that city and try to pull.

Black hookers are at the Del Rey/Key Largo and over at the Sportsmans Lodge but most are Dominicans. There are a few areas where you will find black women in San Jose however those are not usually the safest neighborhoods. The black hookers in the Del Rey are usually Dominicans. Limon is a hell hole at best but it is possible to be an obvious gringo and walk around that city with standard caution. But there is no good reason to do it.

Dash, my man, We are going to have to agree to disagree on this one. San Jose ain't no Brooklyn, Lagos or Accra but Sistas aren't exactly rare sight.Also, I don't understand what Del Rey has anything to do with anything. I agree that there are rarely any Blacks on the pacific side other than the occasional "weed man."

Puerto Limon is not for everybody. However, There are more places to stay in the Caribbean side other than Puerto Limon like Cahuita and Puerto Viejo that are a little less rough around the edges. Shit, if Pitt is from a rough area in the US /Europe or has traveled to the Carribean and Africa, Limon might be his cup of tea. Atleast the prostitutes are honest about what they are doing at the Del Rey. Also many of the bartenders and casino girls started on the other side of the bar or table.

I have step sisters in Heredia and I also recommend it, plenty of uni students in party mode and a lot of dimes with tight bodies and perfect booties, also from what i've seen most of the girls there can dance salsa pretty well, if you want easy tica pussy learn to dance salsa and head out to a salsa club or meet some foreigners at a class or get a hunni to teach you (always a good approach).
