Roosh called "World Don Juan" in Romanian Headline

OK, guys, I think I got my fame-game angle. Being a hanger-on is long respected tradition so I ain't ashamed:

Nicoleta (Romanian Girl): So how do you know Roosh?

Tuthmosis: Oh, me and him go way back. I'm actually head moderator for his forum. I know all the inner workings of it. A lot of his ideas come from there.

Nicoleta: Really?! You supervise the other moderators?

Tuthmosis: Oh yeah, a whole team of them. It may sound like a boring thing, but it's very difficult--and also exhilarating.

Nicoleta: It sounds like it. That's so impressive.

Tuthmosis: Tell you what. I don't normally do this, but do you want to see me ban a troll?

Nicoleta: Yeah! [excitedly]

Tuthmosis: Watch this...

Nicoleta: Wow. That's so hot! You're so powerful.

Tuthmosis: I told you. Let's get out of here.

Nicoleta: Okay!

But is this a Phyric victory? Are we not bringing validation and attention to the lovely Romanian women who will then become more spoiled as a result?

It's hard for them to become spoiled after just 1 man - Roosh. If can't handle all the hot girls in Ro. Maybe Ro-mania will change its name to Ro-osh-mania. After all ROMANIA IS THE ONLY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD THAT STARTS WITH THE SAME 2 LETTERS RO AS ROOSH :-)

It's cool that Roosh has a good time in Romania and even some fame now but you guys don't understand that fame is not the same concept depending on which area of the world you are in.

In the USA it seems any kind of fame is great but in Eastern Europe this kind of fame (stealing our women and thinking he's better than us) can easily lead to some serious problems.

Roosh will be better off if this kind of fame fades off quickly now...

Actually the biggest thing was getting in the largest romanian newspaper - one full page with Roosh, and this newspaper more than 1 million exemplaires in romanians homes, at work, in shopping malls, everywhere...

Libertatea is the romanian equivalent of New York Times or USA Today but at a national level

I bought a copy of LIbertatea today. This is what I found:

It seems to be some sort of trashy gossip newspaper.

It's great. And It's not a trashy newspaper. It is the most read newspaper in Romania. The name of the newspaper means "The Freedom"

There was no way to know that photos taken in my youth next to a sex doll would one day be used in an article in Romania's biggest newspaper. Live and learn.

At least maybe if you want to, take these pictures that you don't like down off your hosting servers / blog / facebook / twitter

You have so many cool good pics man, they could have chosen from others

But I guess they chose this one because probably nobody in Romania has a sexdoll and it looked so ... out of the ordinary for them

This comes to show that some of the pics we clown on celebrities for are sometimes images taken at the most inopportune times that merely get reproduced over and over. This picture, and one other less-than-flaterring close up of you, is what I see getting used the most by all these media outlets. This, despite the fact that there are lots of newer pics where you look much better. [Image: gay.gif]

Even I used the Ikea-chair picture in the "Which Member Are You" Quiz. [Image: lol.gif]

That's one of the better pictures. Some of the recent ones, where he's suited down and has a pocket square, are the best.

Roosh, have you considered assembling an electronic "press kit"? You can have a bio, pictures, and press clippings that you can send as a package whenever you get approached. It's what professional representation does for you, if I'm not mistaken.

You can also have a "press" section on your website (instead of an "about" page). It's a sign of status.

Excellent ideas Tuthmosis. That's the right thing to do for Roosh, as now he is getting mass media coverage almost every week !

You don't see the funny side of it? The way people will initially perceive you from that one picture and write you off as some beta loser when in reality, the guys who will read it and rage about "PUAs" are the embodiment of that photo?

It's not a trashy newspaper..it's just how the media looks like in Romania. You take the front page of a newspaper, fill it up with shit, either fear mongering, sex, or both, and make the writing as big and loud as possible to grab people's attention.
