Every time guys talk about using their cars to get laid, I think of this (fast forward to 2:00):
The kind of girls I mack are more likely to think you're an overcompensating tool if you tried anything remotely like that.
The biggest flaw of of the 'pro-money' argument is that the kind of money they're citing would put you in the top 1-2% of earners - most people can't just up and decide they want to make that money. If it's out of reach, the whole argument is just mental masturbation.
There are multiple ways to attract women, but being top 1% in any one category is very hard - you can put in the required effort, but there's no assurance you'll get the desired result. There is the rare man who is average looking or even ugly, but is such a force of personality that he bangs hot girls on the regular. This is the kind of guy you meet and are just astounded by his charm.
Or there's the opposite, a mild-mannered man who is incredibly good looking, and bangs hot girls as well. Trying to reproduce the results of these outliers by aping them is fraught with failure, because their strongest suit is not easily reproduced. If you have the choice to make top 2% income, sure, give it a shot. If you're making a decent income already, it's not necessarily worth busting your ass for an additional 10% or 20%, instead of focusing on other pursuits.
