I just chose my avatar as it looks vaguely like me (I shave my head, but I don't have ginger-ish eyebrows!). I might have to change it to something more reflective of my personality!

For all of you who need help with resizing pictures, here is a simple no-install picture converter. It's just one file, rename it to XYZxXYZ (say, 100x100 if you want a 100 by 100 pixel image) and drag and drop whatever you want to resize onto it. Done.
