my company has mostly older people (40-50) but there are a few young'uns, including me (20-30). we have a pretty good working relationship with everyone. in particular there is this boss of mine (sort of) that is only a couple of years older than i am, very fit body (easily an 8) and ok face (probably a 7, depends on whether you are into asians or not).

anyway yesterday company party. normal stuff, appetizers, then dinner. i kept with the youth, this boss of mine stayed more with the older people (she has been recently promoted so she hangs out with the "in" crowd). then it came dance-time and the young'uns started hitting the dance floor. the lady boss then joined us and we sort of danced all together, you know big group, nothing sexual or game-y. only last dance she was sitting down, but i took her by her hand and led her back on the dance floor and we danced a bit. again, really nothing game-y. just fun.

then as everyone was heading out, she comes to me and a girl i was hanging out with and asked whether we wanted to move to a night club close by. we say yes, an older partner comes along as well. we hit the club, lots of people, live music, we start dancing. then things got really hot. this lady boss comes with a drink, says she wants to share it with me, we drink, we start dancing together, i rapidly escalate the kino and start touching her on the arm, then the hips, then her belly and she seems to come closer and closer. we try a few dance moves together (i am not much of a dancer but i can try). i hit the brakes, and start dancing with the other girl. the older partner doesn't really dance but moves around us and of course ends up next to the lady boss. i noticed he also tried a little kino. honestly, if he wants to fuck her i am going be on my way. last thing i need is to fight over a chick with the partner.

i dance with both the girls, escalating kino with both but trying not to do anything really compromising (one is the lady boss, the other is a good friend not good looking enough to ruin the friendship and create all sorts of drama at work) and leaving the lady boss to the older partner whenever he's around.

later the older boss says "you guys are too young for me, i am tired" and leaves. the girls look at me basically letting me decide whether we stay or not. i say "if people want to stay, i can stay". so we stay. without the older dude i feel freer and the lady boss is just looking for someone to constantly touch her. so i escalate kino again and by the end of the night i basically dance with my hand constantly on her, moving it up and down, feeling her etc. I can tell that she just loves it (and i have a massive hard on). i pay some attention to the other girl as well, mostly making jokes about the other people there and dancing a bit with her as well.

end of the night we leave, we say we should do it again, i tell the girls they were the most beautiful ladies there, they look at me both with playful eyes, we take separate cabs. go home.

i absolutely prohibited myself from doing anything with the lady boss at least for now. first i need to know what you guys think about this lady boss situation. i don't think i should do anything. if i should, how do i go about it?

It takes discipline to avoid, but avoid at all costs. Don't make the mistake that many weak men have. Especially if it's your boss. Holy shit man that might get awkward on Monday AM! In a way I hope she wasn't grinding on your erect unit but whatever happened happened.

I have a similar work environment in that most people are older, and I am part of the younger crowd. Note that the women are all mostly older 5-6's, maybe one 7. We go out for drinks every occasionally. The 7 is a fish that kicks back a lot of drinks. She's always super touchy, telling me I'm gorgeous, sitting on my lap, etc. But she's married and has a kid! I constantly play off and deflect. It's the eternal battle between the brain and my johnson (Seinfeld)...for the sake of job and reputation you know who to side with:

I was thinking about going to her office with some excuse on Monday and act totally cool, not mention anything, if it comes up talk about the fun and how everyone was nice etc... so to prevent festering of any possible awkwardness. maybe say things like "i am too old, i was sleeping all day on saturday"?

what you guys think?

right now, as i think about it with a cool head i don't think there was anything that was particularly awkward... sure, i touched her hips, and i touch her belly and i touched her back, and we did a couple of dance moves but i danced with the other girl as well, and the older partner also danced with her during the evening... remember the other girl was there and she also a co-worker so i didn't want to give anyone any gossip material.

i just hope that that hamster of her is not spinning out of control these two days...

Theoretically. In practice, however, if she gets hurt she'll find a stupid reason to fire him and/or make his life a living hell. If it's with a bigger company (as in she's a manager) and she's a real bitch she might even claim he acted inappropriately.

Keep her chasing until that happens, basically. Keep teasing her and stuff for your own amusement but don't follow up with anything.
