The Testosterone Effect

Depleting amount of testosterone is often the reason for men being overweight and having flabby muscles and feeling dull and unenergetic. Raising testosterone through diet, exercise, or nutritional supplements is often a great way to get back your strength and stamina

Dietary supplements in the form of pills are also a great way to boost testosterone levels in men and help them overcome Andropause.

You guys have any issues eating raw eggs?
What if I bought the cheapest eggs from a gas station? Can I eat those raw, or should I try to get them free range?

Raw sex without ejaculation. Make sure she comes a few times to absorb all her juices into your dick. If you go play a sport or lift weights after sex without ejaculation you will see and feel the affect in its entirety.

Preferably a girl in her early 20s works best.

I don't see why you wouldn't want the highest quality, most omega-3 enriched eggs you can get.

I am seeking employment in Oslo, Norway. Any assistance is appreciated.

It´s possible to eat raw (chicken) eggs, if they are fresh. And I wouldn´t trust the cheapest eggs from a gas station with that.

@speakeasy - Magnesium and B6 cures poor sleep. Just get a bottle of ZMA.

75mg of zinc a day is too much and is doing lots of damage to your body. 50 is the maximum and don't forget to get copper supplemented along with this or you will fuck your body up.

Saturated fat, not cholesterol, helps boost T levels if you are low on sat fats (most people are, just like zinc) which is why coconut oil works so well. 200 lbs male should have 30-40g of saturated fats DAILY.

A lot of life is taking calculated risks. Aren't the salmonella risks from eggs slightly overhyped? I'll stick with free range if possible though.

I buy cheap eggs for breakfast bacon sandwiches and organic eggs for raw consumption. It's gonna add up if you eat a lot of eggs, but I don't want to risk my immune system with salmonella more than I have to.

Can anyone link to zinc risks? I take 100 mgs for weeks infrequently (longer breaks than consumption)

Working out, getting good sleep, and eating some red meat always makes me feel more virile.

I didn't realize how important sleep is though until recently. I woke up and literally for the first time in years felt rested, awake, and energized. I didn't use any sleeping aids, I just had a long day and went to bed when my body told me to go bed instead of wasting an hour on the internet.

That said, I will use a sleeping pill at least once a week so i can get into a deep sleep that will last 2-3 hours more than a usual night when I get about 7.

Get your sleep, especially if you lift heavy. Those two combinations will get your T up.

My problem is that I'm a very light sleeper. Cannot sleep a full night through for the life of me. I probably wake up every 30 minutes. And if I go to bed at 10pm, I'll wake up at like 3am and be wide awake and may not be able to go to sleep for an hour. And then try to go back to bed at 4 and maybe sleep till 9 or 10. It's always been like this for me. I can't even recall a time that I slept the entire night through with no interruptions. I rarely feel energized when I get up in the morning due to bad sleep.

Try Valerian by Medi herb ( a standard process product) It's nature's valium. One at bed time. Also...if you have anxiety. take one or two Nevaton at night ( by same company)

May want to look into nutritional response testing as this is how I came upon these natural sleep aids.

High level testosterone is amazing,
You really can't go anywhere meaningful as a man if you do not have a High T level.

Lately I feel as if my T level as gone up tremendously,
I enjoy every bit of it.

"Feeling" is not the same as confirmation via blood panels. Knock off the conjecture.

Furthermore...a good amount of nonsense in this thread.

Most OTC "pills" are snake oil. Pro-hormones were good - many were fundamentally AAS, but were also hepa-toxic. They were banned in December.

Sleep, stress, body composition and strength training all impact testosterone.

If you want to get your test up naturally:

1. Lean body composition (higher BF% is estrogenic)
2. Quality sleep (~8h/night, dark room, comfortable ambient temperatures)
3. Minimize stress.
4. Strength train (read: basic barbell work)
5. Well-managed eating (enough food to support MPS and hydration)

If you're older (>30), and have low-T, triage and test the above. If no improvements happen over time, get on TRT.

Nonsense. While you may "feel" better, your test doesn't rise in that fast a period. A [healthy, non hypogonadic] male can only produce a certain mg/dL of T/day. More likely just dopamine and general sense of well-being and accomplishment.

Who cares what actually happens? When I lift before going out, I get better results.
