I have Tinder Gold

I mainly used it when traveling abroad in SEA, as I could blast through 100's of matches, and relatively easily select the top of the top. Crazy Succesful. I easily justified its cost, as I didn't have to prowl bars (I don't drink), parks and streets, and instead would have girls coming right to the hotel!

Upon returning to the USA (New England), Tinder is a JOKE. Seriously. Even the ~10 1's - 7's that you match with a week are entitled, and many are interested in nothing more than advertising their Instagram. The one free "boost" you get a week may pull in another 10, assuming you do it at the perfect time

Online dating in a place where women are told they don't need men, and can easily extract their validation and attention from simply swiping right and insta-matching on ANY guy in their feed, isn't worth your time. Unfortunately, many of us young men, have lost motivation to even try to game girls face to face in this country, due to their body fat, lack of feminity, and general repulsive nature.

Sometimes I get bored, and "scout" by selecting different parts of the world, and it really is amazing. The problem seems to be worst in "progressive" areas, especially the US and UK. Set it to any country outside of the west, and the matches start pouring in.

Everything said in this topic is true, guys having success and the ones struggling, I have lived both situations on tinder with the same profile.

Of course the location plays a role but my results changed a lot in the same locations. Their elo score, plus and gold, boost and now this new feature to see the hottest chicks, tinder is purposely lowering men SMV and making them pay to get it back.

That is why guys don't believe me when I say that all I need to do to find scores and scores of slim attractive 6-8s is just walk outside.

The ones available in clubs and bars are even of lower quality and higher sluttiness. You get more by walking around the city.

Well basically its just what i've read online, they have all these new rules that its not a simples 'deleting your account' anymore.

So how is it abroad these days? Any better?

Today, if I set my location to those same places and used the same picture set, my match quantity would drop 50-60%, and my match quality would drop maybe 1-1.5 points

It's not that Tinder has suddenly become more competitive in those regions, its that they're diluting the output of the service to encourage more users to put money into the app.

That monetization strategy is fine; however, even doing so, still yields severely diluted results compared to months ago.

this might mean RIP to tinder to me because I get banned way too fast in my city.

sucks because daygame/nightgame is harder than ever too but I guess I'll just have to get my daygame in gear again.

the best things that actually work for me always get banned somehow. I think women intuitively know their nature and will do everything in their power to keep you from exploiting it. they simultaneously crave power over men but then don't respect the men they have power over. it's like a psychological war.

I told her I don't have uber on my phone it won't work (actually true). I gave her a ride home though because she didn't want to leave. Imagine a guy pulling that same behaviour.

Can women see your tinder gold icon when you match? I have been worried they can see my paid status, which lowers my value, so I have been super liking them, but I am sure that lowers my value as well. Which lowers your value more? Boost/gold icon or super liking girls that already like you?

I'm paying but its not getting me the results it used to. If I didnt pay at all, I'm sure it would be worse.

Honestly, I just played around in Poland, Bangkok, and Iceland, got fast matches in all 3.

Bangkok: The usual (Thailand), girls asking to meet up, when I'm coming, how long I'm staying etc.

Poland: Surprising, 15+ matches (gold, little swping) within a few hours. hotties.

Iceland: About the same.

back in the North East: 10 matches a week, if lucky.

I'm not renewing unless I'm traveling again. $4 a month for effortless selection of hotties is worth it. In the States, it's not even worth your time
