The "feeling" they're referring to is probably just the emotional intimacy that comes with being a repository for someone's(esp an Alpha) semen. Given how small the volume of ejaculate is, it's hard to believe they derive much physical sensation from it.

I had some girls that could tell it but most of the times they can't.
I think it depends from girl to girl and from the position and angle in which you reach your orgasm.
Their level of sexual experience is not directly correlated to the sensation that they have inside when you cum, but to their ability to recognizing you reaching your orgasm. I hope I'm clear because I can't find the exact words to argument this point.
