There's a lot of variability.
At the low end, a 25 y.o. with a N of 3 is not unusual. At the high end, 50+ is not unusual either.
Eventually you get a radar as to how slutty a woman is. You'll never know the true number, but you have a feel for her sexual past.

I may have overestimated my guesses, but the thing is most attractive American girls lose their virginity pretty early, I'd guess the average is now around 15-16, whereas it's a bit later for guys around 17-19.
