second tier cities in east europe

My style is to bang only solid 9 or 10.
I was in Warsaw 10 days ago, it was pussy paradise if you would like to bang 5,5 or 6.
I banged one 9 with my friend's help but found that Warsaw is one of the easiest place and have highest chance to bang your dream girl.
Do you recommend any second tier city in east europe which is underrated or yet to discover with solid 9 or 10?
As I read on the forum, Gdansk in Poland would be candidate...
I would like to get your comments for Constanta (Romania), Brno (Czech), Pecs (Hungary)....
P.S. : In my opinion Novi Sad and Nis (Both in Serbia) have the highest ratio in all Europe to see hundereds 9 or 10 on the street but either night game or day game was almost impossible for short term....

For real? I found that Novi Sad had much lower quality than Belgrade. Nis is kind of considered to be a bit redneck - but I'm open to it being different!
check out this graph.

Both Poland and Romania have quite high populations, 38,000,000 and 21,000,000 respectively. Both have many 2nd tier cities. Whereas, other countries, like Czech, Serbia and Hungary, have all around 9,000,000-10,000,000. and so you are innately going to get less 2nd tier cities, and a bit more focus on their primary cities.
So all the other eastern european countries have a lower population than them! Apart from Ukraine, which has about 45,000,000 - and obviously, Ukraine has 2nd tier cities galore!
Belgrade is capital... I just try to talk about second tier cities
I visited both Belgrade and Novi Sad 3 times so I can compare easily.
You are totally right that Belgrade is better due to much more population but you and I can't compare Belgrade even any city on the world with breathetaking girls.

So your style is to bang like George Clooney or P Diddy lol. I just dont get guys who claim to only be looking 9 or 10s. Look, I admire your focus on quality and nothing wrong with that. But do bang a 7 once in a while.....it wont kill you and you wont feel so frustrated, waiting for that illusive 9 or 10.
The city of gold that Ponce de Leon was looking for is a pipe dream and so is a city full of 9 and 10s, that a foreigner can swoop regularly.

In Hungary I suggest you Győr (northwestern part of Hungary, city with 2 big universities). Population is around 120K. That's where I attended university.
Right now I wouldn't suggest you Pécs. Generally people in the eastern and also southern part of Hungary are very poor. Pécs was a beautiful city, but it has been on the decline for a long time. This means, that there is less money to spend, especially on going out, where you would meet your primary targets. It doesn't mean you can't have fun there, I just think you would do better in Győr.

Novi Sad has a surprisingly good nightlife given its size, probably because there are a good number of university students. Girls in Novi Sad have a touch of Hungarian genetics and are slightly blonder than Belgrade girls. Belgrade might have superior-looking girls overall, but the question is in which city are your odds better for securing a 9 or 10? Novi Sad has plenty of top talent.
